Our water heater started leaking on Thanksgiving Eve, with no hot water and house full of people were not going to make this a Happy Thanksgiving at all!!! We called lifeline and they were so great to come out on the morning of Thanksgiving and replaced the water Heater in just a couple of hours. So nice and professional and even joked around with us...it was a really pleasant service call for something that is not such a pleasant experience of replacing an entire water heater. I Highly recommend them and so thankful to them for their hardwork on this Holiday!!!

They came in an inspected the basement drain which had been previously rodded out by another plumber. We had been told by the previous plumber that the drain could not be cleaned out and needed to be replaced. Lifeline told us that the drain could be cleaned using hydrojet drain cleaning. They first rodded the drain then used the hydrojet. When the drain still ran slow they rodded it again and then used the hydrojet. The drain is now working better than it has ever worked in the decade we have lived in the house.

I e-mailed Lifeline on a Sunday night to schedule the toilet installation and was delighted to have a call back on Monday morning. The young lady who called was pleasant and friendly and accommodated my preferred date for the service. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Tyler called to let me know he would be at the house in about 30 minutes and he arrived right on the dot. The toilet removal and installation of the new toilet went quickly and smoothly. Tyler was friendly and respectful but did not waste time chatting. He got right to work and had the job done in under 90 minutes. He seemed very conscientious and also seemed to appreciate our business. The new toilet works great. We have more plumbing work that needs doing. Tyler gave me a quote for some additional work and we won't even think about calling any other plumbing company. This one is a winner.

I purchased a special $49 deal from Angie's List to have my sump pump inspected and cleaned by Lifeline. We had no idea what to expect from our sump pump, given that we have pretty much ignored it in the twenty years that we have lived in our house. The service professional from Lifeline, Mike, could not have done a better job of explaining and showing what he found. He recommended replacing the sump pump and gave me good reasons to do so, but did not pressure me at all. However, after seeing the horrible state of the pump and knowing that we have no backup, I did not hesitate to take his suggestion. We walked through my different options, I selected a new sump pump with help from Mike, and Mike was able to replace it on the spot for a reasonable price. I was very happy with the whole experience. The communication with the very pleasant person in their office was easy. Mike was on time, competent, efficient and very personable. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend Lifeline to others.

My water heater needed cleaning and a new thermal coupling. I called and got an actual person instead of a machine, and was able to get an appointment that suited my unusual time frame. When he called to say he are on his way I had to ask him to wait 30 minutes, he did it without complaint or even sounding upset. When he arrived he was friendly, courteous and professional (even hen 1 of my dogs went to sit in his lap). He did the work and answered all of my questions. It didn't take him long and he had the part with him. I will definitely call Lifeline Plumbing for anything I need in the future and recommend them to friends.

It went great. This is the second time I've used then (first time was replacing both my sump pump and ejector pump at 8pm on a Sunday). I won't go anywhere else for plumbing. Are they cheap? No, they are not. Will they come to your house any day of the week? Yes, with not charge for Sundays. Will they do the job RIGHT the first time? Yes. Do you want professionals who are well trained coming into your house? THEN CALL LIFELINE PLUMBING NOW! Mike, who I now consider "My guy", is very professional and very personable. They are careful to not make a mess and they do the job in a quick and efficient manner. I would recommend them a 1000x over to anyone in the area that needs service, regardless of what day of the week. I have a fair amount of projects that will be getting done in the future and lifeline will be the only people I call.

These guys are great. As soon as I called them they immediately answered the phone and scheduled the service visit for the following evening. The tech Mike called me to let me know when he was about 10 mins away. He showed up on time (unlike a lot of other plumbing companies). He quickly explained that if he could easily remove the cracked pipe without taking apart my fireplace walls, then it would be their minimum charge for gas piping. He said that if he wasn't able to easily remove it, he wouldn't charge me for trying. He successfully removed it with his wrench. He then replaced the pipe with a shorter one ( I requested shorter one) and then tested inside the wall and fireplace for gas leaks. He explained everything as he was doing it and made great conversation while he was fixing the piping. I've used these guys twice and they are stellar!! Tyler and his crew are restoring my faith in plumbers again.

My tenant has a small child and called me asking for it to be repaired quickly, they came out without charging a ridiculous service charge and repaired it in less than 30 minutes same day.

Appointment was made for the same day that I called. The plumber called 15 minutes before arrival, and arrived on time. He took care not to soil any floors or rugs. He explained the problem, identified the solution, and gave me an estimate. When I agreed,he had to go get an expansion tank, which he did within the hour, then returned and finished the work within 45 minutes. Very professional. I do not know how to judge how much I paid, since I had no other estimates or experience in this area to compare to.

Mike and Josh were GREAT! They removed my old pump which, as far as I saw, was working properly. They showed it to me (it was dated 1997), explained its condition, and were somewhat surprised it lasted this long. They installed a new pump and a back-up system which I did not have with the previous pump. I made the decision to go with the complete new system for these reasons: a) the age of the old pump; b) the flooding with my neighbors experienced (though I did not); and c) the fact that I would be selling the house within the next few years. An appraiser recently came to the house and nodded with a smile that I had made this improvement. It, along with some other things I had done, showed up in the appraisal value. Mike and Josh and I all went into the crawl space, where they explained everything to me and told me what to look for to ensure all was working properly. So, if such can be said about crawling around, it was a pleasant and even enjoyable experience. And the Big Deal of $49 for an inspection turned into a $1660 peace-of mind investment. WORTH IT!

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and high quality. The water heater was also high quality.

A prompt, courteous repairman performed the work efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. New toilet works fine.

Mike was on time, respectful of our home, polite, and a pleasure to work with. Jenny (our phone contact) was patient with all of our questions and so sweet! The job was performed with professionalism, and we are very satisfied with our new Gerber toilet.

I was very pleased with the young man who came. He was very personable and he did a good job. Everything was great. He did seem to say that eventually I was going to have some other work done. He came right out. He did the job and left. Everything was good.

Calling for service was quick and painless; had me set up for an appointment in minutes. Servicemen arrived in the service window promised and even called to let me know they were close, but stuck in construction traffic. Servicemen gave me several options as far as doing just the necessary work or doing the additional work they advised; they did not pressure me to do anything more than necessary to fix the immediate problem. That said, I opted to have the additional work done, and they had it completed in about an hour. Mike and Josh were terrific; could have asked for nicer or more professional servicemen.

The person was on time and very professional. Told me that roots had invaded the pipe and tat he had to send a machine down to clear the pipe. He couldn't gain access to the main clean out in the basement so he had to access it through the basement toilet. I also asked them to put root killer down the drain to be sure. They recommended that this service be done once a year. With this price that would become very expensive quickly. While they were very professional after doing some research I believe the price was pretty steep. That was the only part where I felt a little abused.

After setting up a service call for Monday morning I got a call back from Michael, who walked me through the process of shutting everything down and draining the water heater. He then called first thing Monday morning to say when he would be here and showed up on time. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Explained everything very throughly, including my options for a replacement. No pressure making the selection. He then did the installation, left the work area clean and thoroughly explained how to manage the new unit. I paid probably a little more than I thought but having never had a water heater fail I really didn't know what to expect. All in all it was a great experience and I know for sure who I will be calling when my next plumbing disaster hits.
