While I was out of town, a pipe faucet broke in my laundry room, flooding an adjoining closet and hallway. I arrived home about 11 p.m. and called them around midnight, after turning off the water. A real person answered the phone! After describing the damage to her, she volunteered to contact a restoration company for me and promised that the plumber would be out as soon as possible the next morning. She called the next morning to be certain that the restoration company had called me, which they had. The plumber arrived when promised, examined the area and recommended replacement of a second pipe that looked weakened, as well as the one that had broken, and completed the work immediately. The restoration company they recommended was just as responsible and very reasonable.

Even though Mike had to open the drywall, he was very neat and clean...there were tarps everywhere! They were also kind enough to recommend their carpenter to repair our drywall. We definitely recommend Lifeline, and have added them to our list of contacts.

I called Lifeline Plumbing at 8am on Dec 31st and got a LIVE PERSON answering my call.... now to me that is respect for a customer. The customer service representative listened to my situation and told me they could have a Technician to me between 10am-1pm.. Mike the plumber called me at 9:30am to let me know he was on his way and would arrive about 10:30. He arrived at 10:30 on the dot.... Mike was courteous, professional, and took his time explaining the situation to me so I could make an informed decision on the best approach to fix my leak. I knew the best decision was to replace the pipes, valves, filter and gauge so as to eliminate any problems in the near future. Mike was able to get the parts we needed for the job and get it done in a timely manor. Mike finished with the job, cleaned up the debris and was on his way with a smile by 3 pm . I am one happy customer !!!! I have dealt with many plumbers in the past 5 years with my other houses, this is the first time I have ever gotten the satisfaction and exceptional service that as a customer I deserved Well done Lifeline Plumbing thank you.

Overall, it was timely from call to their arrival and service was great.

It went well. They were very professional and punctual. They were helpful with questions I had. Not knowing much the products and situations were explained well.

The two men that came were on time, wore booties over their shoes and were very neat, courteous and thorough. The job was done very quickly, and they also explained yearly maintenance to keep the heater working at optimum levels. Lifeline included a 6 year warranty on parts and a 2 year warranty on labor. My husband and I were very satisfied!!

It was a very good experience. Communication throughout the whole process was great. He gave me a call on his way over so I knew exactly when to expect him. Tyler was very courteous and professional. He took his time and was very gracious in answering questions and helped me get familiar with the system that we have in place. In addition, he provided some other suggestions on items that we may want to have addressed in the near future. He was a super nice guy and very easy to work with.

Scheduling time for quote was very easy and technician showed up as planned. Received written quote and excellent explanation of services and price. Decided to go with another company that was slightly lower cost but had good experience overall with this company and would contact them again for future work.

The service installer did a great job of explaining what he did, including insuring cleaning of the sump pump's pit, and how to monitor the battery, etc.

They gave a quote on a new one and I have not went through that process yet as the price was not that great. They did a good job and they did inform me of the broken sump pump.
