+ 1 moreThe lady I spoke to this morning when I called was very polite. I told her that my sewer backed up last night and I still had standing water. Mike was at my house about 2 hours later. He called to let me know he was on his way. He called back to say that he was going to stop by the shop to pick up the camera and would be delayed about 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional. He took his time to explain to me what the problem was and where it was. Mike showed me the pipes with the camera. He offered me about 8 options of the work that I could have him do. I believe the price was competitive. The service was great. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They pulled roots out of the outside drain and cleaned out the drain under the basement floor. They also used the video machine to look at the condition of my pipes.

Then he came back to install a new, much more efficient pump. He was always very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He did a fantastic job! I will use this company for any plumbing jobs that I have. It's good to now have someone I can trust!

Mike was professional and friendly, he even shoveled my driveway so he would not track snow into our house when wheeling the new water heaters in. He also had time to check out a water pressure issue in my kids bathroom's shower. Mike was able to figure out the issue and fixed it right away.

+ 0 moreThey did a great job. I felt Tyler was very sincere. Unlike the last company, he actually centered the pan this time so if the steam pipe dripped, the water would go into the pan. He fixed a small gas leak and went over everything with me. They cleaned up after themselves and nothing was damaged. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I plan on using them on other plumbing issues that I have. Last time I went with a friend's recommendation. This time I went with the reviews on Angie's List and they were right on the money with their conclusions.
Description of Work: 50 gallon gas water heater went out. Lifeline responded quickly. Very professional. Came prepared to install the unit but gave me an estimate first. The tank is located on the second floor in a very limited space. Previous installers 9 years ago managed to bash into the wall removing the old tank creating another project for me to repair the damaged wall. That is why I decided to give someone else a try this time. Based on Tyler's recommendation and what I found on the internet to substantiate his claims, I added an expansion tank this time. It was consistent with what I paid for the last installation 9 years ago with the same brand of hot water tank.

+ 0 moreWent great. Absolutely no issues during the whole process. Even called them today since my water heater just went out and they're coming first thing in the morning to fix it.
Description of Work: Replaced a failed sump pump from a very shady licensed plumber that I used 10 months ago. Mike D. from Lifeline came out the same day and found that the old plumber screwed me and even installed a smaller pump than what I had paid for. I also had my battery backup system (WatchDog) by the old plumber and Mike ended up fixing his mess on that one also. He re-did all my plumbing for the primary and backup pump to make it work and actually give me a fighting chance against a power outage. The level of professionalism from the moment you place the call to the time a technician leaves was something that I never expected from a plumbing company. A+ on that front! Price was higher than what others quoted, but I do have the peace of mind knowing it was done right and came with a warranty.

I asked him to check a few extra things, so he did and didn't charge me extra for it. I wanted him to leave some information such as the owner's manual and documentation about the pump that he put in but he didn't leave any and I would have felt better about the price if he had because I thought the price was high.
Description of Work: I used Lifeline Plumbing to repair an ejector pump.

He was very thorough in inspecting the sewer line and burst water pipr in attic and advising on proper repair of both. Did the job and cleaned up spotless. He had all the equipment available, a detailed explanation of my choices and he did not pressure me at all in terms of choosing a system. He worked quickly and was cleaned up and out the door in no time.

I called for an appointment on Sunday morning and figured I would have to wait until after the holiday but they were able to come out that affternoon for no additional charge. He was one of the most professional people I have ever had do any work on my property. I will use them again for any plumbing need. They also do remodeling, etc., and I would choose them to do this as well. Very very impressed. He explained things, also gave me some general plumbing information and advice. They offer 24/7 service. You can call these guys with confidence. I don't normally bother leaving reviews, but these guys deserved a good one.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the call at my house to get some quotes. The person who came did a thorough job of finding out what I was interested in and then gave complete quotes for each option. He explained everything about each option and the differenced between the products quoted. He also explained the challenges of the different installations. We also got a quote from the firm that Home Depot uses to install water heaters and I felt that Lifeline gave a better and more complete quote. I wasn't able to talk my husband out of doing it himself, but if I had been able to do it, I would have used Lifeline for sure. In fact, if I have a plumbing issue come up that is out of my husband's range, I will definitely call Lifeline first.

+ -1 moreMike gave ma courtesy phone call on his way here and arrived on time. He wore Shoes covers to keep the house clean. He inspected the issue and confirmed it was a frozen pipe. He gave me his price and raise the concern in case the pipe burst then we have to deal with this and at what price. He started working right away, he fixed the issue very quickly and spent a lot of time placing insulation properly around the pipe. He gave an advise to also seal my siding because the old seal peeled and it is why it partially caused this issue to happen in the first place. I would highly recommend working with Lifeline Plumbing. Mike did an outstanding job Thanks

The toilets have been great (gerber); they use less water but are more powerful than the ones I had. Tyler had some ideas on a solution to the iron in my water that leaves stains. Will definitely use Lifeline in the future.

Description of Work: Replace basement slop sink faucet and piping and upstairs bathroom toilet valve. Both were leaking and a constant issue since we moved here 3 years ago and finally decided to have them fixed. I also used the Angie's List special on the Gerber Viper toilets and bought 2 of them. + -1 moreI called to schedule service and they were able to come the next morning. Office person was friendly and professional. Plumber called to give notice of his time of arrival. He was prompt. His demeanor was friendly. The work done was of excellent quality. He said he would discount future work because I am on Angie's List. He was well equipped to accept credit cards. After he left I put the items under the sink that I had removed before his arrival. I also put back in the closet the things he removed to access the crawl space to operate the water shutoff valve. I cleaned the sink of some debris from the faucet installation. I was glad I had decided to use a plumber rather than install the faucet myself because of the valve work I had not done myself previously.
Description of Work: Installed a bathroom faucet on an $89 Angie's Big Deal. More work was required, replacing the two shutoff valves underneath the sink. The handles had corroded away and one valve also leaked. Plumber installed two premium quality valves. Cost was an additional $176. He also for no additional charge tightened a loose faucet I had installed myself in another bathroom but because of a tight space and my larger hands I could not completely tighten.

Description of Work: These guys were great! They identified the source of our toilet leak immediately and made the repair on the spot.
