The repairman had to take apart the entire furnace to find the problem. He got the furnace working again. He was super nice.

Well. Determined the root cause of the leak.

They suggested my battery needs water - I would have thought putting water in the battery would be part of the service but all I got was a look. I guess a look is worth $49....

Excellent. Sam redid the piping and safely disconnected the electrical connections. By doing so, a disposal can always be installed at a later date if needed.

Everything was fine. He was very professional.

Sam was very professional. He finished the job in a timely manner and also noticed other issues which brought to my attention. His work was spot and good attention to detail.

Brian called to confirm appointment. Was on time, very pleasant and informative.

From my first call to Lifeline, I was very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. The call center rep was upbeat and helpful, and passed along my request quickly. I then got a call soon after from Dennis to set up a time for Lifeline to do the work (which he was able to schedule only 2 days later). Lenny, who came to do the work, was timely, friendly, knowledgeable, listened well to our concerns, and then did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and the cost upfront. He quickly fixed the problem, and was courteous and professional. I will call Lifeline next time we have any plumbing/gas line needs, and would highly recommend them.

I was given the time frame of 1-4, but Brian called me around 12:15 to better give me an idea of what time he would be there. He was on time and friendly and I will be calling again in the spring to have my air-conditioner checked.

Mike did a phenomenal job of explaining pricing options and the entire procedure. He went above and beyond in making this experience a good one. I would use Lifeline again for any plumbing needs.

Terrible experience with this company. I received an estimate of $300 to fix each faucet which I thought was high but I wanted it fixed so I paid $150 to start the project. Lenny ordered the parts and was going to install but then called to say they were the wrong parts. So fast forward a month later, I'm calling this company asking what is going on. I called 3x over 3 weeks and clearly they were not interested in fixing my faucets so I asked for my $150.00 back. They agreed to refund and made no attempt to try to find the parts. It then took another 2 weeks to get my refund which they cashed back in September. I asked for a manager to call me, it never happened. When I finally got the check in the mail, there was no apology letter or anything. This company is only interested in big repairs with a big price tag attached...run from this company! I also got an estimate to replace a kitchen sink and garbage disposal, they wanted $900 to install ( I would buy the sink & disposal).

I received a quick appointment within 1 week of initial contact, Was contacted on appointment day that plumber would arrive in 30 minutes, and he did. Plumber Tim surveyed the work to be done and parts I supplied and provided a price. We negotiated a lower price which I thought was satisfactory Tim performed the work and cleaned up completely afterward New faucet looks and operated great. I would hire Lifeline again on a future project

Brain was very professional and polite, and on time. He came over to just clean my wall heater,but I told him I had a problem with my fan and could he look at it. And he did. He took my fan out of the heater and worked on it and then put it back in place. And now it works so quietly. No more rattling noise. I would use this business again. Plus I would ask for Brain to be the person to come over to work on my 2 wall heaters.

Needed to be replaced for safety reasons. Done well with all materials on truck. Neat and clean with good communication. No problems. Plumber was very competent and pleasant.

Went very well. Brent and Anthony were very thorough and professional. Installation was quick. I would definitely recommend Lifeline and Brent and Anthony.

I am still waiting for the contractor to contact me for service

The work done on replacing the outside spigot went well. The estimate on replacing the kitchen sink seemed way high.

Terrible said carbon monoxide detectors don’t work until it’s too late wanted to sell me a furnace be very careful with this company Angie’s list should take them off I will be contacting corporate office at Angie’s list .. and be Leary of good reviews so shady they probably pay for them . Hv another story on water heater for clean and inspect in summer didn’t know it was same company as furnace they did nothing said nothing to do if I didn’t pay to hv the newer water heater drained just be careful. Paid 30.00 as a Angie’s list special clean and check more interested in check than clean.

Tech was on time and extremely nice. He told me that I had a few tiny holes in the burners and carbon monoxide could be leaking into the house. When I asked to see the holes he told me that he already put his scope back in his truck- never did get it and show me. His carbon monoxide sensor read 0.0 at the furnace and vents checked yet he told me that I needed to replace the whole unit. I will keep fresh batteries in my carbon monoxide detector! I did get what I paid for (furnace cleaned) and WAS expecting the sales pitch at the end!

Went well. Rep explained what he did, changed out filter since I did not have one (for additional fee).

Terribly. I don't trust them now and I don't trust Angie's List anymore either.

I'm hoping for a refund. If not, it's a sunk cost and hopefully this lousy review will help others choose wisely.

Great, the service visit met my expectations

I was really impressed with their professionalism. I was able to watch and learn.

They said I had to replace shower valve. I did it myself after the estimate of 922.00 was given.
