The instpection went well. Mike D. from Lifeline was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mike and the Lifeline team. Mike calls on his way to the job, communicates clearly throughout the inspection and takes his time to answer any and all questions. We look forward to working with Mike and Lifeline in the future.

Purchased deal on Angie's List for new toilet install with removal of old. We were contacted promptly and arranged a convenient time for the work. We were called on the day to notify us of arrival, Mike showed up on time and offered many suggestions for routine maintenence. He was clear with his explanation of work to be done and approximate time required. Decided to also replace kitchen faucet while he was there, he quoted a reasonable price which included installation. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism.

We were desparate to get this job done and Lifeline was willing to come out on a Sunday to perform the work. Both installers were very nice, professional and on-time. The price was a little high for the work performed but the quality overall was good and afterall, the work was performed on a Sunday.

My sister's bathroom toilet and drains were having issues. She is currently fighting cancer and not mentally up for having to deal with yet another issue. Saw the Angie's big deal for the Viper Toilet install and bought the deal. I have used Lifeline plumbing several times in the past for my own home and they helped me through all my plumbing issues. Originally we setup to have the new toilet installed and to have Lifeline take a look into the shower backing up occasionally but once my father heard they were coming out he requested to have the hot water heater replaced as well. Mike D. from Lifeline arrived within the quoted time window and took the time to go over all the issues and recommended a few options. Once my father decided on what work he wanted completed. Mike got to work. Everything looks great, is working and was completed timely. As Mike and my father were going over the issues my father also mention possibly to have Mike take a look at another issue he was having if he had time and Mike said to him that he would be there for him for as long as he needed and would do whatever he needed/wanted done. I personally felt that was a very cool thing to say. Treating your customers with respect, giving the time needed and not giving the feeling you are just another appt on their day and them rushing out your door to make the next appt. Very unique and great customer service. Lifeline is also running a very neat separate promotion where they will help you do one non plumbing related chore around the house. This is very cool. The chore you choose for them to do ranges from like sweeping patios/deck, cleaning floors, vacuuming, bringing in groceries. Mike washed our floors for us and swept the leaves off the patio

Called up this service as they have great reviews here on Angies list. Glad I called. Made an appt. a few days in advance. They called me on the morning of to verify. The repair guy (so sorry can't remember his name) arrived at exactly the scheduled time. Took a look at the boiler and gave his diagnosis after a few minutes. My problem was that the water boiler pilot light would keep on turning off at all hours. I had thought that I needed a complete replacement but he quieted my fears as he said that the boiler was in need of some very overdue cleaning. Said that these types of boilers do need maintenance from time to time. Cleaned the entire inside and outside of the boiler and cleaned up the immediate outside area and left it even cleaner that it was before! I have to say that I will continue to call this service if I ever need any type of boiler or plumbing work. The repair guy was personable and very courteous as well.

Lifeline plumber Keith is one of the nicest person I've had the pleasure of working with. From the time he called in the morning updating me on exactly when he'll be there till the time he left he was very courteous, very respectful and very thorough in explaining everything. He quickly assessed the issue and gave me options for next steps. I could tell Keith has years of experience under his belt and I was very pleased with the quality of his work and his overall professional demeanor. Although I did find the cost of replacing two shower heads @ $149 - (20% off) = $119 a bit high I wouldn't mind paying a bit of a premium knowing Keith was doing the job. I will definitely hire Lifeline and specifically Keith for any of my plumbing needs going forward.

Tyler called within a day or two of purchasing the Big Deal for the house we were moving into in a couple weeks. We planned on calling Lifeline when we got settled into the new place. Tyler was very understanding and flexible. When we did schedule the water heater flush/inspection, Matthew came out and was prompt (even with bad weather). He performed the flush/inspection in a timely manner and went above and beyond by giving some helpful information and opinions on the original plumbing and HVAC work. His experience was apparent and we even found something he hadn't seen before. He was able to call a co-worker and we had our questions resolved immediately. He gave me honest feedback about the condition of the water heater and some helpful signs for age and signs to replace in the future. I was very impressed with both Matthew and Lifeline Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone.

Plumber came out on time. Called me and said he was 30 minutes away. Very courteous and put shoe covers on shoes before coming in my house!! Had all needed tools and ladders to do job! Job was done very well with no mess and done very quickly! I highly recommend this company!

arrived on time ,explained all options to do job. Was a complete professional and did the job safely and explained what he was doing.The price was perfect and done quickly. Cleaned up work area and i will use again in the near future.

Services went as expected. Tech told me I had life remaining on unit but his summary report said to replace unit immediately.........not good. Now I do not know what to do and have to pay another firm a service call to see if they suggest a new unit. Tech also found a gas leak but did not ask if I wanted it fixed nor did his report say to fix the leak.....interesting......

Too many times my home has flooded during interruped power. When Angie's List offered a deal on backup sump pump, I jumped at the chance! While the deal was for checking/preventive maintenance. the company applied the deal on installation of a back-up sump pump and battery with alarm. Mike was so courteous, efficient, skillful and patient with explanations. He did a great job in a short amount of time. While he was there I also had him flush and inspect my water heater, what a relief! So I thought I was all set! To my surprise, a few months later my home sustained a lightening strike which created a power surge that took out all of my major appliances in addition to interrupting my electrical power. The system worked just great but was also affected by the power surge. I called Lifeline Plumbing back to check out the system. Again Mike (I was able to request the same technician) assessed the problem and provided the necessary repairs and replacements! I will certainly use Lifeline for future plumbing need!

We have used other plumbing services before angie's list. My fiance has also done some rootering but was too busy to do it this time. He usually rents a huge machine from home depot and does it himself. I convinced him to try Angie's List and we were pretty disappointed. The guy came way earlier than his appointment. He was suppose to call my fiance before he came and he just showed up much earlier than expected. (My fiance was trying to leave work so he could be here to watch him). He brought in a little hand held rooter. Stayed less than 30 minutes and charged us $115. It couldn't be warrantied because kitchen sink went to same pipe he rootered. So essentially we paid 115 plus the 99 to get the "coupon." It cost much more than what our local plumber charges. The washing machine pipe overflowed a day after he did it so it wasn't resolved but I couldn't call back because there was no "warranty". He was nice and very pleasant but I will not use them again. $215 is pretty steep to pay for work that had no warranty and that didn't fix the problem (which was the overflowing washing machine pipe). My fiance wants to cancel the subscription. I am trying to convince him to give it one more shot.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and timliness of lifeline plumbing. I understood all the options and prices before deciding to repair my leaky drain and replace my garbage disposal. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Techs that came for the inspection were professional and pleasant people to deal with. They indicated that our sump pump should be replaced and suggested some appropriate choices from their stock. I declined at the time, as I wanted to research other options. We had the replacement done by another plumber who is closer to our residence and charged us less for the work.

Late Tuesday afternoon, I found my laundry room had become a giant sudsy puddle. I called Lifeline and explained the problem to the very friendly, very efficient receptionist/dispatcher. She asked me questions to help clarify the issue and offered to send someone that evening or first thing Weds. morning. I opted for Weds. morning. The plumber arrived on time, maybe even a few minutes early, quickly diagnosed the problem as being the ejector pump rather than the washing machine. He presented me with three options and answered my questions about each one. Then installed right away the pump I chose. Everything went quickly and smoothly. This is the second time I've used Lifeline and received such friendly and efficient service. And both times, the plumber was patient and friendly toward my dog--always a plus!

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was good. They had to order some kind of specialized part because it was not a standard toilet so there was an additional charge. This was the first time I used this company. Their customer service and quality of work was really good. I have had no further issues with the toilet since they replaced the part.

Unfortunately tried to upsell a p-trap repair that, although needed, seemed to be very overpriced. I repaired the p-trap myself. The faucet replacement itself was done well. Repair persons were on time, considerate and professional.

It did not go well. I had 3 visits by 2 plumbers to solve the problem of a running toilet. Two different brands of flappers were installed and it still ran. On the 2nd day he also replaced the inside workings of the toilet which I don't think was necessary and added $160. to my $55. big deal. The running continued, but not at the same rate as before. I requested a different plumber who replaced the flapper with the original brand offered in the big deal price. Several days later I had a call from their office offering me a credit for future work. due to the problems I experienced. I feel I should have been offered a refund. The one good thing about this company is Jamie the receptionist who calls and keeps you updated on arrival times or cancellation times which also happened in my week of appointments.

Everything went well and we were pleased with the service.

He checked and cleaned both sump pumps, and he made sure they were in perfect working order. Then he went outside to inspect the pipe to be sure it was the correct size and all the water came out at the end of the pipe. I had a few questions and he answered all so I could easily understand it and what to look for if they malfunctioned or quit. I could not have got a better plumber anywhere. Thank you.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. We have heard horror stories of bad plumbers and I have to say we got SUPER lucky with MIKE K. He found the major issue of the leakage. THE ROOT CAUSE! He went right to business. MIKE K THANK YOU SO MUCH. JAMIE, THANK YOU FOR SENDING MIKE K! WE HAVE A LIFETIME PLUMBER NOW. :)
