Sam and Daniel were very professional, helpful, friendly and informative. They also came earlier than originally scheduled, which was a refreshing change from what usually happens. Couldn't be happier with this service and will definitely use them in the future for other plumbing, hot water heater, A/C and heating issues.

Mike C. replaced old heating system and installed new baseboard heating at my house. He serviced my boiler and did the job well. He was very professional and did the job as expected. He also went overboard and helped me with a jammed faucet. A+ service provider. I will call him for any plumbing and general HVAC tune-up services in future. I am a happy customer.

It was a short term fix but they priced out 4 different options for us. Which was amazing. We spent around $500. They came out immediately, hey had a special tool that was able to tend to our pipes better and it got a lot done. They were very clean when they left, they sanitized everything and left no trace.

Lifeline was fantastic to work with for my water heater issue. The technician was a true professional and asked numerous questions before looking at the heater. He wanted to make sure that I was going to be satisfied regardless of what I had purchased from Angie's List. He flushed my water heater and tested. As of today, it is workng without any issue, and I am completely satisfied.

I called them beforehand to ensure they could service our 20 year-old toilet (gave the model number). They responded that it should not be any issue but ended up not being able to perform the service after inspecting our toilet. The person who came out was responsive and professional and gave me a quote for replacing the toilet but I was not able to use them for this project.

I was told they'd be there between 8-9. The technician called and said 9:30. Prices were way beyond what I was expecting, technician admitted they are not the least expensive. They did a great job of working with me to find an option I could live with. When I asked about the time it would take to install, technician indicated about 1.5 hours. They also made a big deal about coming with a "fully stocked" truck with all of the options I might need. However, he did not have a battery back up system on the truck, so it took another truck significant time to bring the other system. So the 1.5 hours became 4 hours. Technician was professional and did a great job of communicating what was happening.

We had a service repairman come out to find out why our washing machine leaked water, flooding our laundry room. His analysis was a broken pipe in the wall and said someone would have to cut out the drywall and fix the pipe. It was then that we decided to try Lifeline Plumbing. Jaryd Cain came out and after a half hour of testing and analyzing, determined that it was a loose hose connection. Problem solved! Jaryd was professional and courteous. The best part......he only charged $29.00 for the service call. That hardly paid for him to pull into our driveway! For future plumbing issues, Lifeline Plumbing will be our ONLY call. Performed gas line leak, water connection, and flushed the water heater. Also, looked over tthe water main valve and demonstrated the way to turn it off.

They were aweomse, he did good work. Very glad he was able to come out and do the work so late. Super professional, neat and really good. Highly recommend them.

They were fantastic. They were very upfront about what it would cost and my options. It was clear and nothing was hidden. I have referred them to a neighbor.

It went well. I don’t understand plumbing so I don’t know where prices are at, but they did seem to be quite high. They installed the cartridge of the shower stall. The job went well, the guy was really nice. He did a very good job and he was very nice about the whole deal.

Jared came on time and was very through with the inspection. Identified a couple of issues with the emergency water shutoffs under all the sinks that I would need to address sometime in the future. Very polite and made sure everything was kept clean.

.Lifeline are a an excellent group to work with. Keith provided an estimate for remodel plans that I generated. He made some recommendations and then performed the work. Excellent job with neat, clean joints. He coordinated with me to complete the finish work and install a free standing tub after the tile work was completed. Also came back after final inspection to support a small issue that I had.

That turned out good. I was able to identify that my sump pump was not working and it was good that they came in. The quality was okay and two plumbers came out. I spent $5,000.00 to have them replace 2 sump pumps for me.

The service was okay. They were able to provide the service stated in the Big Deal. I did not end up spending more than what I purchased the Big Deal for. When they came out, they were not really able to do anything, but it was not their fault. It was just that my sewer is really old and it is in the city. They did come out all the way from Elgin to service it and I really appreciate that, but I just kind of paid them to come take a look and tell me they do not know what they can do. I would probably not use them again in the future because I do not think they have the expertise in the type of my sewer.

Keith was very punctual, early in fact. He was knowledgeable, and very professional in explaining what needed to be done and what our options were. He was aware of cleaning up after himself and he even scrubbed down my bathroom. A+++ service and i would call back and ask for him by name.

I would definitely use Lifelines services again.

I was so pleased that when I called in the morning, LIfeline was able to provide a time later in the day for service. Jaryd arrived within that time frame (he also keep me informed as to when he would be arriving, in a timely manner.) He was engaging and efficient and took the time to explain some specifics with me. We have had work done by Lilfeline before and I was happy that Jaryd continued to be representative of the company's expert efficiency. Keith Durse quoted several approaches and explained the plus and minuses of each. We agreed on a price (with a 20% Angies List discount). We agreed on a course of action, and he began the work. Keith was very friendly, polite, courteous, and professional. He ran the necessary copper line, installed a small recirc pump, and insulated the hot water lines. There was one small problem with an air pocket in the system that required installation of a small bleed valve by the pump, but it was quickly resolved. The job was very professional, and protective tarps were laid to protect floors and stairs. He cleaned up the entire work area. We are very satisfied with the work and enjoyed talking with Keith. We discussed several plumbing issues for the future and were given good suggestions. We will definitely use Lifeline Plumbing again and will ask for Keith.

It went ok. The promotion was a little high for the service. Tech was courteous, prompt, clean and had a good communication. He was clear about what they can provide about way of services.

Jared arrived on time and did an excellent job of not only installing my new sump pump and hot water heater but also explained everything that needed to be done and why. He did not leave until he completely cleaned up and removed any debris. I highly recommend Lifeline and kudos to Jared.
