Called twice, emailed at least once, and no appointment ever got made. Offer expired and I got nothing. Ownership may very well be amazing, but phone/email personnel were not.

Phil worked quickly and appeared to be extremely competent, never hesitating between steps of the job. He was very personable (a good salesman too) and answered any and all questions. Water heater also flushed as part of the job. I would definitely use Phil again for any plumbing job. The price was a bit more than I had hoped but my satisfaction level balanced out that concern in the end.

We've used Lifeline both for plumbing and work on our furnace. They are responsive and helpful. They've been a solid find for us -- just a bit expensive (and we've joined the monthly plan that gets us quick service and annual cleaning for heating and AC units). The HVAC tech and plumber were both knowledgeable and professional.

This is the third visit to my home by this company since the end of November and every time I have been impressed with the professionalism and skill those who have come to my home have demonstrated, Today Brent and Anthony inspected my pipes and H2O as part of a prepaid contract we entered with this company when we purchased a new furnace last November. They were wonderful to deal with. Great job!

Brent B. and Anthony were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Replacing sump pumps isn't cheap, but the price from Lifeline was reasonable and comparable. I would recommend these guys for any sump pump or plumbing work in the future.

Bought the deal for furnace and the water heater cleanup. The technician was nice to tell me that the deal does not cover two water heater tanks that had - which I agreed but he waived the extra cost later. But this clean up exercise - the technician basically did nothing - except may be running the vacuum. They might be good but their cleaning packages are nothing but waste of money.

The service person was fine and very prompt - came when expected. Very professional. However, the deal I signed up for didn't include a $205 charge for the crawl space install or $37 service call even though the deal called for all installation costs. . I was told the deal was for the least quality sump pump and for $735 to $2,200 I could have a much better sump pump. l picked the $735 as it was the next cheapest. The deal I bought was very deceptive. Rest of service was good and it was my decision to still have it done.

The Lifeline plumber came on time and unclogged the drain pipe in 15 minutes. He also advised me not to put anything in the disposal except the food scraps from plates, and to use an enzyme drain buildup remover for maintaining the pipes. I paid $275 (Regular price $325 minus $50 credit) to the plumber, so the total cost $314 was if you add $39 paid to Angie's List.

Timely, professional, and flawless work completed. Would not hesitate to use again!

Tim and Devin took care of my problem in a very professional manner by cleaning out the drain line . Plus they were friendly and careful in what they needed to do. As this was the second time Lifeline had to do this in the last 8 months, they recommended another service they could perform in warmer weather that would clean out the line more thoroughly.

We first contacted Lifeline back in 2016, when we ran into several issues at once with our furnace and our water heater and were looking for a comprehensive check. At that time, we signed up for the Lifeclub, and boy are we glad we did. When we'd purchased our home in 2016, the furnace was 13 years old and on its last leg. Travis has come out 2 times to do routine maintenance, and kept the furnace alive for an extra 2 years. Of course, when our furnace finally did go, it was during a cold snap, the week between Christmas and New Year's, and immediately before we had to leave town. We were terrified we'd be out of luck getting the furnace replaced on such short notice, but Travis made it happen! He reviewed our options with us, and shot us straight on what we needed. When discussing a high-efficiency option, Travis pointed out that for the time we're expecting to remain in our home (5 years) and the size of our home (1600 sq. ft), we wouldn't see the return on investment. He did help us pick a more efficient, but more cost-effective model for only $100 more than the base model. The crew started extra early following Travis's visit, showing up at 7 AM to make sure we would be on time for our travel. We were told that furnace install would take approximately 4 hours. The guys were in and out in about 2. All-around, I could not have asked for a better experience. It's never fun to replace a major appliance, but using Lifeline minimized the pain. I'd recommend anyone join the Lifeclub!

Called the 24/7 number. Within 15 minutes a call back from Dennis started the process. I was set up for a service visit the same day 4-7 pm window. Tim called at 3pm, and promptly arrived at 4pm with a coworker, Devon. Tim and Devon pulled out the old heater. Within 3hours Tim had the new heater up and running. He does extremely good work.. Left the area very neat and clean. I have used Lifeline in the past and have never been disappointed.

I made the appointment was told someone would be there the next morning between 8-9. Mike showed up promptly at 8. He explained what steps he was going to take to address the issue and exactly what everything would cost. He was able to fix the issue quickly with the least expensive option. He was very friendly and efficient. I would definitely call this company again in the future.

I presented Life Life line plumber Sam with a list of repairs, and he accomplished them all. The biggest items were problems with sump pump and expeller pump arrangements in basement. Sam diagnosed a complicated problem, took time to explain problem to me, and thoroughly outline the options. I am totally satisfied with the results. Sam also knocked out several smaller repairs with efficiency and professionalism. I appreciated his knowledge and and ability to problem solve for my older home.

They came out and changed the flaps on the toilets while they were out. I will definitely use them again.

It was great. Brian checked out the old unit and it was working as it should. He said don't spend 700.00 on a new unit. When the weather warms up, this unit will humidify better, he said. Love that honesty. I belong to the Lifeline Club and this visit cost me nothing. The honesty means everything. Brian is professional, pleasant, prompt, easy to understand, and very thorough. A pleasure to work with. You can't go wrong.

Fantastic! A big job--particularly on a snowy day that required many trips to the truck and back. Bob and Chris are expert at what they do. We are delighted with our new furnace and excited to get the hang of our Ecobee Wi-Fi system.

Very bad. The guy came and did a sales pitch giving a quote for $675 (whole faucet replacement with a different high end model), $275 for just the cartridge replacement and $175 (For the shut-off valve replacement). Didn't even bother to help fix the problem. 7 minutes and he was out of the house. Waste of $40. Disappointed. Later, that day, I fixed the problem with youtube videos' help and the parts that I already had from the faucet vendor. Deeply regret signing up for this deal. Will never do it again.
