Better than expected

On July 3rd, our refrigerator stopped getting cold, the bottom freezer worked but the upper refrigerator was around 70 degrees. Dave had us defrost our entire refrigerator for a recommended 4-6 hours, top and bottom freezer, which we elected to do overnight. The next day the refrigerator was restarted and both top and bottom worked. This got us through the 4th of Jully weekend until he could come out and replace the faulty computer on July 5th. I thought Dave was nice, very professional and knew his stuff.

Great ! Gas dryer would work on start up and then stop. Called Dave. He diagnosed the problem immediately had the parts and fixed within 15 minutes!! Thank you. Hopefully will not need service again but would not hesitate to call him

One of the ruined parts was a part not available for replacement, so I ended up buying a new refrigerator.

Fixed & cleaned

Dave called me back right away and was out the next day to accommodate my schedule. He already had a suitable part and performed the work within minutes.

Dave checked for the leak by opening everything up, turned it on, and looked behind and underneath to see if any water was coming out.  Fortunately, nothing was found.  He balanced the washer and said to call if I see any more water in the future.  I was very comfortable with him as a person and a provider.

Our washing machine had stopped spinning and we were left with a tub full of water.  Dave Clark came out the same day and made the repair.
We have used his services before when our refrigerator wasn't working properly.  He is always prompt, thorough, neat, and professional.  We can highly recommend him.

We have an old refrigerator that was working overtime on the freezer side, but not cooling the fridge side.  The service provider came the same day I called,  replaced a small part, and everything is working perfectly again.

Our dryer stopped working late in the evening.  We called for service @ 9:30 the next morning.   Our appt. was @ 11am the service tech was there on time.  He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the spring (vs. replacing the motor @ $250.00).  My dryer was fixed within 2 hours from scheduling the appointment. 
I originally had an appt with Sears to come out 2 days later.  I'm sure Sears would have told me to replace my motor. 
Very happy that I looked appliance repairs on Angies List. 

He was on time and he did a very good job cleaned up after himself

The owner responded quickley and was at my house on the same day.  Appliances fixed.  He was courteous, prompt and professional.
He left things in a neaf]t and orderly condition.

Fox Valley performed repair. came out the first time and apppeared to fix the problem but then the refrigerator stopped cooling again. I was decided a new part was needed. Took quite a while for new to come but after the part was installed refrigerator work fine.

Their work was not that good at all, I will not be using this company again.

I e-mailed Fox Valley on a Sunday.  I received a call Tuesday morning we discussed my situation and Dave agreed to stop by the next morning.  He was on-time got straight to the problem corrected it and I was on my way to work within an hour.  Dave was pleasant and straight forward. I felt that he was fair with both his assessment and his charge for service.

He gave us the estimate. He had to order a part so he came out a second time. The estimate was much lower than we had expected. He was really professional, efficient, punctual, and true to his word.

He was polite, kind, fast and thorough. He really knows his work.
