They were great. We will continue to use them. They were very professional, nice guys, very responsive, and just overall good people. They did really good work. They just seemed very knowledgeable and they had information brochures for everything, and just in general they came across as very knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. They had really good reviews and I've had family members that have used them.

Couldn't be happier.  Jim is our neighbor and is the provider of choice for so many homes in our subdivision.  He is professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.  He has an excellent reputation and he earns it with every service call and installation.

They are professional. They come in and tell you exactly what's going on. They go out of their way to adjust things.

He was fantastic.  He came out the same day I contacted him and spent time looking at our unit to try and determine where the leak was coming from.  He gave us a quote and once we decided to go ahead with the project we scheduled a time.  His employee came out and installed the unit with no problems at all.  We will use him in the future for any other AC/Furnace/Water Heater needs. 

Furnace failed on the coldest night of the winter. Ambrose came the next morning and restored heat by wiring the blower to run constantly until parts could be found. The combination of the cost to repair and the age of the furnace convinced us to replace. The new furnace was installed within a week and the A/C unit was installed shortly after. Ambrose came back a couple of times to correct issues until we were completely satisfied.

The overall experience has been excellent. I am very happy with them. They are honest as far as giving me my options, pros, and cons. They have been up-front with me about repairs that can be done, as well as what can wait to be repaired. I compared prices, and I felt like they were in the right ballpark.

They were the HVAC contractor of choice for my general contractors. They did a great job designing the tie in of our addition to the existing ductwork. They gave me good information on my choices for a new furnace and air conditioner. The installation went smoothly. They are very good. On follow up regular service calls they are punctual and good.
