It went very well. He made his repair and installed the faucet. He then inspected the plumbing for the rest of the house. He recommended replacing the gate valve, properly sealing the grey water pit, and re-piping the waste and vent for the laundry tub. Bolting the tub to the floor, and a shut off valve for the laundry tub.

In terms of the price, I don't have anything to compare it to, but for me it was good. I have used them before and I am willing to continue to use them. They are very prompt and knowledgeable. They clean up after themselves and I would recommend them.

"THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSE. WE APPRECIATE TO OPPORTUNITY TO SERVE YOU. UNFORTUNATELY, THE "GOING RATE" FOR MANY HOME SERVICES TENDS TO BE SET BY THE LEAST PROFESSIONAL OPERATORS. THE MOST FRUSTRATING DISPUTES FROM A CONTRACTOR'S PERSPECTIVE ARE WHEN A HOMEOWNER CALLS BACK AFTER A JOB HAS BEEN COMPLETED TO COMPLAIN THAT HE OR SHE GOT RIPPED OFF! USUALLY THIS HAPPENS WHEN S/HE TALKS TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO CLAIMS THAT THE JOB SHOULD HAVE COST MUCH LESS. THINK HOW UNFAIR IT IS FOR SOMEONE WHO HASN'T SEEN THE PROBLEM TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH IT SHOULD COST TO FIX IT. FREQUENTLY THE CRITIC CHIDES THE HOMEOWNER FOR NOT HAVING CALLED HIM TO FIX THE JOB. "I WOULD HAVE SAVED YOU LOTS OF MONEY" GOES THE SIREN SONG. MAYBE THE HOMEOWNER TRIED TO CALL HIM BUT COULD GET ONLY AN ANSWERING MACHINE. THEN HE HAS THE NERVE TO CRITICIZE SOMEONE WILLING & ABLE TO TACKLE AN EMERGENCY REPAIR ON THE SPOT. SOME CONTRACTORS OPERATE CHEAPER THAN OTHERS BY CUTTING CORNERS. THEY PAY LOW WAGES TO MARGINAL WORKERS, USE INFERIOR TOOLS & EQUIPMENT, & PERHAPS SKIP PAYING FOR LICENSES & ADEQUATE INSURANCE. WE STRIVE TO DELIVER THE HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICE & IN DOING SO WE DO NOT CUT CORNERS ON OUR TRAINING, STAFF, OUR EQUIPMENT, OUR INSURANCE & YOUR FAMILIES SAFETY. CONSEQUENTLY WE ARE NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE PLUMBER YOU MAY CALL. I'm still in a bit of shock regarding the estimate that I just received. Our bathroom drain became clogged recently, and I wasn't able to remedy it with drain cleaner or a snake. I called a number of plumbers to estimate what I considered a rather straightforward job. All the piping is easily accessible, and the estimator made no mention of any exceptional circumstances regarding the work to be done. My naive assessment of the work was that it'd take a good plumber 2 hours (4, tops). I nearly fell off my chair when my wife relayed the quote to me, 3 times an earlier estimate that I already considered a bit high. I sincerely regret paying them the $40 just to receive the quote (which was not applicable towards any service!).

Keith was on-time, very polite, worked efficiently, and completely informed of all he was doing along the way. He offered me a number of options with various prices to fix the problem and discussed the pros an cons of each thoroughly. He removed all the old materials and parts without a trace and installed the new system very professionally. My guess is that the price was higher than many plumbers, but I gladly paid for the excellent work -- so I even found that quite acceptable. I will never call another plumber!

They came out quickly to fix the problem, but it was not completely fixed, so they came back to fix it the next day.

VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES. VERY EXPENSIVE: IT WAS A SATURDAY AND THEY DID EXPLAIN THAT THE COST WAS HIGHER ON A SATURDAY. I STILL THINK IT WAS OVERPRICED.

THEY CAME ON A SATURDAY WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER I HAD CALLED BECAUSE OUR PIPES HAD FROZEN. THEY GOT OUR HEAT BACK AND RUNNING ON A COLD SATURDAY WHEN OTHER COMPANIES HAD TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY. THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH SO WE USED THEM TO REPLACE OUR WHOLE HATING AND COOLING SYSTEM. I LIKED THEM THE BEST EVEN AFTER GETTING OTHER ESTIMATES. THEY WERE VERY DETAILED IN THE ESTIMATE AND MADE IT EASY TO UNDERSTAND. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN INSTALLING THE NEW SYSTEM AS WELL AS DOING THE PLUMBING REPAIR.

WE HAD A HUGE BACK-UP IN OUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND THIS COMPANY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND SUGGESTED WE GET ALL NEW PVC PIPING UNDER OUR SINK BECAUSE OURS WAS ABOUT 30 YEARS OLD. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN GREAT DETAIL. HE EVEN PUT DOWN MATS SO NOTHING WOULD GET DIRTY.

I RECEIVED NEXT DAY SERVICE WITH MY PHONE REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE. JUSTIN BRANNON DISPLAYED SUPERB KNOWLEDGE OF MY HOMES HVAC NEEDS. THE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED PROMPTLY.
