We had used them previously to install a new water heater, and the second service was handled just as well as the first. They brought all of the necessary PVC and connectors (we had purchased the battery system separately) and installed everything. They left the area and sump in neater condition than before the installation.

Initially, they came out to look at why the existing water heater was not doing the job. They were extremely courteous and neat. Advised us that the existing water heater could be turned up to produce more hot water and the part could be repaired or, we could purchase a new water heater. Given the age of the existing we opted to buy new. They came back a week later and installed the new water heater. They were prompt and very courteous throughout the process.

They were able to come out very quickly, on a weekend, to check out our furnace. We called them because the previous owners of our house had worked with them to install the original central heating system. We were new at owning a house, and didn't know much about furnace maintenance, and the technician was very good at explaining how it worked and what we could do to keep it running. The problem ended up being a very simple one, and because he already had the cover off, the technician also cleaned the gas nozzles and wiring, no charge. He also advised us against a more expensive repair because it might not actually solve the problem. In the end, the problem came back later that winter but using the information he gave us, we were able to fix it ourselves.

We had a problem with the water softener. The inflow and outflow were reversed. It caused a lot of problems with our toilet. It was human error. The worker didn't read the labels well enough. They eventually fixed it, and they didn't charge us for it.

I tried calling Bair in the middle of the night for emergency service. A lady said she would pass my name on to a technician and they'll get back to me. So I called back to see if anyone was able to come and then she told me that they didn't have an emergency service. I was very angry and upset with them.

It went very well. He made his repair and installed the faucet. He then inspected the plumbing for the rest of the house. He recommended replacing the gate valve, properly sealing the grey water pit, and re-piping the waste and vent for the laundry tub. Bolting the tub to the floor, and a shut off valve for the laundry tub.

Their serviceman was nice and accommodating.

They do very good work. They communicated well and were on time. They were also polite and efficient. I would use them again.

In terms of the price, I don't have anything to compare it to, but for me it was good. I have used them before and I am willing to continue to use them. They are very prompt and knowledgeable. They clean up after themselves and I would recommend them.

I'm still in a bit of shock regarding the estimate that I just received. Our bathroom drain became clogged recently, and I wasn't able to remedy it with drain cleaner or a snake. I called a number of plumbers to estimate what I considered a rather straightforward job. All the piping is easily accessible, and the estimator made no mention of any exceptional circumstances regarding the work to be done. My naive assessment of the work was that it'd take a good plumber 2 hours (4, tops). I nearly fell off my chair when my wife relayed the quote to me, 3 times an earlier estimate that I already considered a bit high. I sincerely regret paying them the $40 just to receive the quote (which was not applicable towards any service!).

Keith was on-time, very polite, worked efficiently, and completely informed of all he was doing along the way. He offered me a number of options with various prices to fix the problem and discussed the pros an cons of each thoroughly. He removed all the old materials and parts without a trace and installed the new system very professionally. My guess is that the price was higher than many plumbers, but I gladly paid for the excellent work -- so I even found that quite acceptable. I will never call another plumber!

Great service. Prompt, came the same day I asked, very knowledgeable. Two guys arrived and spent about three hours doing the work. Also answered general plumbing questions I had, too.

VERY PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES. VERY EXPENSIVE: IT WAS A SATURDAY AND THEY DID EXPLAIN THAT THE COST WAS HIGHER ON A SATURDAY. I STILL THINK IT WAS OVERPRICED.

THEY CAME ON A SATURDAY WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER I HAD CALLED BECAUSE OUR PIPES HAD FROZEN. THEY GOT OUR HEAT BACK AND RUNNING ON A COLD SATURDAY WHEN OTHER COMPANIES HAD TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY. THEY WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH SO WE USED THEM TO REPLACE OUR WHOLE HATING AND COOLING SYSTEM. I LIKED THEM THE BEST EVEN AFTER GETTING OTHER ESTIMATES. THEY WERE VERY DETAILED IN THE ESTIMATE AND MADE IT EASY TO UNDERSTAND. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN INSTALLING THE NEW SYSTEM AS WELL AS DOING THE PLUMBING REPAIR.

WE HAD A HUGE BACK-UP IN OUR GARBAGE DISPOSAL AND THIS COMPANY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND SUGGESTED WE GET ALL NEW PVC PIPING UNDER OUR SINK BECAUSE OURS WAS ABOUT 30 YEARS OLD. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN GREAT DETAIL. HE EVEN PUT DOWN MATS SO NOTHING WOULD GET DIRTY.

THEY ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR APPEARANCE AND WORK PERFORMED. THEY DO AS THEY SAY AND IN HOW LONG THEY SAY TOO.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THE FOLLOW-UP WAS EXCELLENT. VERY INFORMATIVE AS TO WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND VERY HONEST.

I RECEIVED NEXT DAY SERVICE WITH MY PHONE REQUEST FOR AN ESTIMATE. JUSTIN BRANNON DISPLAYED SUPERB KNOWLEDGE OF MY HOMES HVAC NEEDS. THE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED PROMPTLY. THE 3 INSTALLERS WERE VERY EXPERT, FINISHING ON TIME AND CLEANING UP WELL. THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO HAVE THE SATISFACTION OF ITS CUSTOMERS AS A TOP PRIORITY.

THE THING THAT IMPRESSED ME WAS; THE SERVICE REP. THAT CAME TO DISCUSS THE TYPE OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WE NEEDED TO USE, WAS VERY THOROUGH, AND ACTUALLY PUT IN A LOWER BTU THINKING IT WOULD BE MORE EFFECTIVE AND COST EFFICIENT! IT'S WORKING BEAUTIFULLY!

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TECHNICIAN AND THE HELPFUL ADVISE HE GAVE ME FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, THE SERVICEMAN WAS OUT HERE IN HALF AN HOUR. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
