They are miserable, dishonest and the service was bad. We own a building, and we always buy our appliances from another company which is excellent. This one time, I decided to look at H.H. Gregg, because they had a better deal, and they had the model that I wanted, and I called them, and they offered me a great deal. They said free delivery and all that. I also ordered an extra part. The guy arrived with the dishwasher, and no extra part, and he charged me $80 for delivery. I called them and asked them what was going on, and they said it was only for deliveries for over $700-$800. I had to go to the store to pick the extra part, and I spoke to the people there, and they laughed at me. They were rude, and just said basically, tough luck. I would never do business with them, in fact whenever I get any mailing from them, I just throw it out. I will not do business with that store, their customer service is terrible, they are dishonest, and they are incompetent. I would tell people not to go there. Their punctuality was fine, they were here, just without the part.

The kitchen aid came with a one year manufacturer warranty and if it was to be repaired at least three times for the same problem it would be covered by the lemon law and would be replaced with a new product. In addition to the one year warranty I purchased an extended 3yr. warranty, just to be safe. My one year warranty expired and my second warranty kicked in on 10/15/12. Since I’ve purchased the kitchen aid, the bottom oven has always worked fine, but I’ve had numerous problems with the top oven and the oven sensor always shuts off. I have scheduled for them to come out and look at it this Thursday and this would be at least the fourth time they have had to come out and fix the same sensor. When I brought this to their attention they said they had no records of the previous repairs and even if they did repair it before, since my one year warranty had expired the previous repairs do not count towards the new 3yr. warranty. I have had no problems with the service people that came to my home to conduct the repairs, they’ve all been great. What I do not understand is how the previous repairs are not taken into account and why I am stuck with this product and continue to have the same issues with it and nothing more can be done. I feel that because I purchased this item and have had the same issues with it and they’ve had to repair the same sensor now more than 3 times I am eligible for a new product. They said that was not covered in their policy and I think HHGregg is not upfront and honest when it comes to the explaining the details in the warranty.
