the job went great. Everyone at Greenlight Construction was great to deal with, from the estimator, to the construction supervisor and crew. It's rare when you get a bid from a contractor that was actually the price for the job. the final bill did not include any unforeseen extras, etc. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on the exterior of their house

Ben came out and worked with our insurance company to get the work approved. Once approved we were able to get on the calendar and get the work done in a short period of time. They were very helpful and responsive as we went through the process and we are happy with the work.

They are more like a one stop shop and kept up to their name. Ben did a great job handling the entire project and always had answers for questions. They seem to have a bunch of efficient contractors that do the job well. We ended up with heavy rains halfway through our roof replacement, but hey, you can never tell in Chicago. They worked with us to make sure our asks were taken care of. Overall, great folks to depend on for your home needs.

I love the new roof. There was a four-man roofing team. They were very neat; put tarps down on the lawn around the whole house. They completed the job in one day, as promised. They replaced the vents with nice new vents that match the roof. All the materials they used seem to be very good quality. I thought they were really great.

After the May hailstorm, there was damage to the roof. Green Light worked with our insurance co. and was able to get replacements for the roof. They did an excellent service. Ben, the claims specialist, was actually present with our claim adjuster (from our insurance co) and did a great job in finalizing the estimates. The crew came on time and Ben was keeping me updated with the progress throughout the day through text messages and pictures. I would definitely recommend Green Light Construction group to anyone who would want to get their roofing replaced. Thank you Ben and the whole GL crew to get the job done in an efficient manner..!!

The Greenlight claims specialist we worked with took care of everything and he was nice to work with. The new roof and gutters look nice! They did a good job! I would recommend them for your new roof!

Ben, the sales and claims specialist did a great job preparing for the replacement. My insurance company at first denied the claim; but Ben asked for another insurance representative and got approval for the whole roof to be done. Ben was always reachable and always returned my calls and texts. The crews who did the work were polite and considerate. They worked hard and did a great job. My roof looks beautiful. They made an effort to clean up but left a few shingle pieces and nails. I would definitely recommend Greenlight Construction.

This was a roof replacement project due to hail damage. I watched GreenLight Construction Group replacing the roof on my neighbors house and was very impressed, that's why I called them. The representative Ben Pendrick came to my house at set time, performed free estimates and explained in detail every step of the project. He was very nice and courteous, answered all my questions, met with me repeatedly to help me with paperwork required by my home insurance and my mortgage company and promptly returned all my calls. Then we set the date for the repairs. The crew came on time on the scheduled date, did all the work in one day and cleaned up after themselves leaving my loan spotless. They gave me a follow up call in a couple days to make sure I was happy with the job they did. They graciously agreed to wait for the payment until I get the money from my insurance company so I have a new roof for almost a month now and still didn't pay them. I'm very happy with the job Greenlight Construction Group did and would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job. The roof looks great and the clean up was perfect. Would highly recommend them.

I'm happy with the final product. The siding crew, especially, was excellent. They were engaging, answered my questions, worked hard, and cleaned up after each day. They also put everything back at the end of the project. I appreciated our sales rep answering questions and emails in a timely way.

The roofers and siding professionals were prompt on arrival, quick with removal of damaged roof and siding, fast with high quality construction of new roof, siding, gutters, downspouts, garage door, and very thorough cleanup. The employees were very polite and explained all of the insurance policies. The courteous teams of roofers and siders were much appreciated. They were polite, and answered questions that I had during construction. This was the second time my roof and siding had been replaced due to a hail storm, and this experience was BY FAR better than my previous one. I would definitely use them again for home restoration.

GreenLight Construction Group was recommended to us by our carpenter contractor, who said that he always use them for his roofing needs. We can see why. Darius came out from GreenLight to inspect our roof. He came back to meet with the insurance adjuster. Once the project started, he oversaw the work in a professional manner and handled most of the paperwork. The roofers were amazing - knowledgeable, hardworking and efficient - and they cleaned up everything at the end of each evening! We would highly recommend GreenLight Construction Group for any roofing needs! So glad to have found them!

My roof was damaged in a hail storm. My neighbor used Greenlight to do their roof repair and recommended them to me. I asked Greenlight's representative to provide an estimate which he did in a timely manner. The Greenlight representative was present when the insurance adjuster inspected the roof. The adjuster authorized the replacement of my roof. Greenlight scheduled the repair two weeks later. The work was performed as scheduled. The crew did a thorough job of cleaning up the debris. Only time will tell the quality of their work. There has been one heavy rain since the roof was replaced and it did not leak.

It took a little bit to get going in the beginning but I spoke directly with Joe Drew, the owner, and he was very polite and very quick to get everything taken care of. They replaced my garage and it looks fantastic and they did a great job on cleaning up afterwards. They also took care of all of the paperwork with my insurance so I did not have to worry about it. I am very pleased with them.

After a hailstorm in the spring I started receiving flyers in the mail from roofing companies. One day I received a personal letter from GreenLight Construction explaining their services so I checked out their website. After that I corresponded with the owner, Joe, and he had one of his employees, Ben, come out to the house for an inspection. Ben was courteous and knowledgeable and everything he explained that would happen...happened. I am very happy with the work Ben did as well as his crew (they worked around the clock that day to get the job done) and I would recommend them without hesitation. I also plan on using them in the future on different jobs.

GreenLight Construction was an answer to our prayers! During June's heavy rains the bay window in our kitchen began to leak. After our attempts to repair the problem did not work, we started calling around for estimates and advice. Many places blamed the bay window and gave us quick fixes, but nothing did the trick. We contacted Tom at GreenLight and he sent Darius out to our home. He knew the water wasn't coming in from the window right away, and got up on the roof to check things out. He was also the only person who didn't just assume the leak was coming in from the outside of the bay window itself - it wasn't that at all. Darius not only looked at the roof to see where the issue was but took pictures of where he found areas of concern to share with us. He was able to locate where the water was coming into the roof and determine a solution that would prevent the leak in the future. He put a temporary fix together for the roof until he could return for the final work since we were expecting more rain - that night was the first in a long time where there were no leaks. The following week Darius was at our home repairing the roof. We were so pleased with the customer service GreenLight provided, calling to make sure the problem was solved and that we weren't having more issues - thank you Tom! In this day of technology, I was glad to see GreenLIght actually sends a real person to look at your problem and problem solve with you - some of the other places asked for me to send them pictures that they looked at and then sent an estimate. I have nothing but great things to say about this company, and will definitely be referring them to my friends and family! Thank you GreenLight Construction Group!

New roof was needed due to hail damage. Representative (Ben) came out to inspect and access damage. Then came out again to meet with insurance adjuster (twice, because it was raining the first time) and handled all the processes necessary for the insurance company. Roofers came out in the time frame stated and replaced the roof in one day. Looks very nice and any mess was totally cleaned up. Gutters were replaced at a later date. We were not there when gutters were replaced and there were a few minor items that need to be fixed. We had a few special requests out of the ordinary and there was a little miscommunication. The gutter people came several weeks later to make the corrections. Over all, it is a good idea to be there when the workers are doing a job, so you can make sure they do exactly what you want. The overall process was handled professionally and the work done was very good. Communication with the company is excellent and we would happily call them again if we need something done. Also would be happy to recommend them to any friends or relatives.

They were reliable, very neat and clean, they used good materials, and very professional. They stayed in contact with me and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied. I did not find any nails in my yard or driveway. I would recommend them. Everything was perfect.

The work was done over the course of 3 days with material and equipment left tidy and out of the way overnight. There were no quality issues, as roof looks great, a job well done. Most importantly, everything was cleaned up completely before the crew left. Overall we are very happy with the new roof, and in the meantime we also decided to get a new siding ordered and installed when roofing was done. For that reason, new gutters installation, that are part of the original claim has been postponed. We are looking forward to getting a complete make over of our home's exterior.

Once the adjuster approved the claim Ben assured me the work would be done to stay within the amount allotted by the insurance claim. The job was slightly postponed from the original start date due to rain but Ben worked to reschedule at a time that worked for us. The work was done over the course of 2 days with materials/equipment left tidy and out of the way overnight. Minor concerns were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Overall happy with the new roof.

Estimate process with insurance adjuster for roof, damaged by hail, went well without issues. Ben Pendrick took care of everything to make sure all was covered. Also decided to get new shutters ordered and installed when roofing was done, so I found the ones we wanted and Ben measured and ordered for us. With our numerous rain storms this season Ben had to keep up in order to schedule the work, and everything was done by his crew yesterday nicely, work done very well, and everything cleaned up completely before they left. Great job, looks excellent and was done very quickly.

..From start to finish everything went smoothly.. Matt (Sales Rep,) helped us through each step of the process.... It only took a day for the roof to be completed and the workers took extra time to walk around the house to be sure everything was picked up and no nails were in the yard...The roof looks GREAT and we are very satisfied....We would recommend GreenLight Construction Group to our friends and family....
