Our telephone calls were always returned promptly, and Mike and his crew showed up right on time on the day they said they would arrive. The quality of the work was terrific, the price was reasonable, and they were a pleasure to work with.

The painters were pleasant.  Some things were painted with the wrong color, some areas that should have been patched were painted over, and there was significant overpaint on windows and ceilings.  The owner did offer to return and fix everything, but we did not have them return,.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with Eco Pro. Mike (the owner) came to provide an estimate and discuss various options. He didn't just push for the most expensive options, he was able to be collaborative, make different suggestions for different ways to go and make me feel that any of the options would be done well (even though I eventually chose to go with the most extensive work). After receiving 3 estimates, his price came in very fair and I decided to move ahead with the work.
On the 2 days of the job, Mike and his team were punctual and professional. The painting and baseboard work was done very well. Additionally, they were very respectful of my home --- prepping off areas, cleaning up after, and containing the mess during.

Eco Pro did a wonderful job painting our house. Mike's service was outstanding. He responds promptly to all questions and does what he says he is going to do. The men painting the house were prompt, courteous, very neat and did an excellent job. They went beyond what they were asked to do in that they fixed a nail that had popped through the drywall in a room they weren't painting, at no extra charge. I will use Eco Pro next time I need painting done and I highly recommend them.

My wife and I bought a townhouse in Westmont in late November 2012. We moved in on December 5th and before the holidays we wanted to have most of the rooms painted. I received 3 quotes from local painters and only Eco-Pro was able to do the job in a timely period. We were very impressed with the quality of work performed by the painters and the cleanliness they maintained while painting around furniture and boxes still needing to be unpacked from the move. I would definitely have Eco-Pro do work for me in the future. Great job guys! Sorry I procrastinated doing the review for 4 months.

I spoke with several painters before choosing EcoPro.  I was impressed by Mike's professionalism and calm demeanor.
I was moving into a new house at the time and balancing tight deadlines along with several trades in both homes.
Mike and his team were prompt, very professional and friendly, and treated my new home with care.
He even added several small jobs that I hadn't thought to include when we initially spoke.
Mike recommended a designer to help me select colors and she was excellent.  Even when I got cold feet on color choices the day before Mike & his team were to begin the work, Mike calmly worked with me to ensure my concerns were addressed.

Mike and his crew were amazing.  We had several estimates that were all within $50 of each other, but decided to go with Mike for several reasons.  He was the most professional during our estimate.  He took the time to listen to our vision, calmed our concerns, and answered all of our questions.  We were also in a bit of a time crunch between our closing date and moving in, but Mike was more than accommodating to our schedule. The entire crew was extremely professional and on time both days.  I felt more than comfortable having them in my home.  All repairs look amazing, as well as the walls, ceilings, and trim.  Mike was also extremely flexible with scheduling a final walk through and being attentive to any minor touch ups that need to be made. They worked extremely hard and we are more than happy with the results.

Mike from Eco Pro Painting came to our house to discuss what we needed painted and provided an estimate via email.  We received several quotes from different painters.  Although Mike's quote was competitive with others, we decided to use Eco Pro Painting for several reasons: 1) professionalism (responded to all of our questions, called back in a timely manner), 2) use of low-VOC paint, and 3) cost-Mike gave us an Angie's list discount.  I appreciated the time Mike took to discuss paint color with me.  The day of painting, Mike arrived with his crew and before he started, walked through the Scope of Work with me.  I really appreciated that small step, just to be sure everyone was in agreement on what was to be painted.  Turns out, I thought the trim in the living room was included in the estimate, but it wasn't.  Mike provided the estimate to me several weeks in advance so I had plenty of time to inform him of the trim.  It was an oversight on my part.  Mike was very professional about this oversight and agreed to paint the trim in the living room (of coarse I agreed to pay the additional charges).  I'd like to point out that Mike was there painting and supervising his crew (some other painters may leave the job up to his crew to do).  The finished job looks fantastic!  Mike and his crew did a great job!

Mike and another painter did a great job and were efficient and easy to work with. Mike promptly responded to a request for an estimate, we got the appointment set up, and they knocked out the project in a few hours.

Mike responded promptly to my inquiry, and was on my doorstep to provide estimate exactly as agreed.  He gave me a verbal quote while there followed by a formal email to confirm. I did get a competitive quote, but the Eco Pro quote was clearly a better deal (a combination of quoting materials appropriate for the job and just plain lower cost.)The initial scope of work was completed precisely when we discussed, involving wallpaper removal and painting four rooms and two baths. One of the rooms that had a border to be removed was problematical, the border did not want to come off cleanly. I was concerned that the damage to the drywall would be a problem, but by the time Mike and team were done it was not discernible. All of their work was really excellent, quick and clean.We asked them to also paint the family room, and then asked them to give the deck a quick coat of stain. And then added on a request to go back and remove some towel bars and tp fixtures, which required repatch and repaint. Note these were all our own changes, not anything Eco Pro caused. Mike was very patient with us and arranged to get it all done in what I felt was a very timely manner, and with very fair additional charges.Overall experience was excellent, we will be using Eco Pro for any future painting needs, and look forward to it.

Mike set up an appointment with me via email. He is very responsive to emailing and will get back to you in a short period of time. He arrived at his appointment exactly on time, which was appreciated. He spent approximately 15-20 minutes reviewing the spaces I needed painted and defining what services I wanted (ceilings, baseboards, etc).
I received a quote emailed to me within 3 business days. His quote was not the highest or the lowest, but it was competitive and in-line with other quotes I received. In the end, I chose a different provider to paint my main area, but in the future, I would definitely consider Mike to paint other areas of my home.

We wanted the job done within a week so we could move in.  After agreeing to the job on Sunday, Mike came on Monday and spent about an hour and a half with us, walking room to room and working with us on paint selection.  I found him easy to work with, he was careful to listen to what we wanted and not pick for us, but also able to give good pointers when we were a little unsure.  This extra time working out the colors paid off well.

The painting went from Tuesday to Thursday, three full days.  There were usually three guys there.  They were extremely professional at all times, and clearly had a lot of respect for the house they were working on.

The result is excellent.  The paint looks very nice, on the walls and at the edges.  The trim and floors were carefully covered and all wall plates, registers, etc. were removed and put back.  The colors we picked turned out great.  The job finished in three days as promised.  We are very happy with this team's work and would use them again.

I don’t know how much we spent because my wife handled the whole thing.  I thought they were always on time.  They were prompt.  They were very nice.  The owner was very young and he knew what he was doing for us.  They recommended a paint which does not smell or anything.  They do what they do and they got out the same time that they said they would.  Their price was right on target of what we wanted to pay.  I will use their services again in the future.

This company was amazing, they were polite and really on the ball.  We easily had over 100 nail holes to fill and several areas of split wallboard seams.  These were taken care of with ease.  Our living room and dining room both have cathedral ceilings.  The paint was low odor and lived up to that.  Mike Nichols was wonderful to work with and I would hire him again.

Mike was very easy to work with and professional. The work was able to be done very quickly after the estimate. For the most part, it looks good. There are some places where they could have paid a little more attention to detail (a few cracks not that well repaired, several spots in corners/near trim where the old paint shows through). But the price was reasonable and he was so easy to work with, I would use them again.

Mike was great with my hectic work travel schedule.  He came by on a Saturday to give me an estimate and then returned 2 weeks later to do the work.  He explained the work in detail and walked me through the plaster repair, in a way not done by other companies from which I sought estimates.  The room looks great and he was done in about 2 hours.
