DuPage Adjusters inspected the roof of my home and advised there was damage likely caused by storms or wind. They agreed to work with me and my insurance company to facilitate a claim. As promised they coordinated the inspection with the insurance company claims adjuster and received confirmation that the damage was in fact covered under my policy. A new roof was authorized and with the assistance of DuPage Adjusters the claim and the work were all done with 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with the experience and would gladly recommend them.

The DuPage Adjusters were Excellent! Kyle was there to assist us through entire process from contacting the insurance company, meeting with their adjuster, and ultimately following up with claim settlement process. He also was there to see that the work was completed on time and per specification. The day after the job was completed, Kyle came in and inspect and check the entire area of our house and yard were gone over with a magnetic roller to insure that no nails or other debris had been left at our residence. The quality of service was extremely well. we had no problems and they made the whole experience easy. They were professional, efficient and I would highly recommend them.
