They did great work on repairing my garage door opener. They were on time for the appointment. I will be calling them back if I need work done on my garage door.

Jeremy was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was able to schedule next day with a 30 min window provided. Problem was assessed quickly and completed efficiently. My 20- year-old garage door now opens the quietest it's EVER been - like new. Cost was very reasonable. No trying to sell me something I didn't need. BEST home service provider I've had in a long time!

If he is going to charge $100 just to come out then let the customer know ahead of time. If he is going to move stuff around in my garage, put it back. If you turn the overhead light on to see, turn it off before you leave.

They did great work and were very professional but they failed to mention that it was "$95 just to come out." If a quote isn't free, that should be mentioned at the time of making the appointment. He ended up doing a tune up so we got our $95 worth, we just should have known that up front.

I needed my garage door replaced, so I solicited quotes from three installers. Peter from A Plus Garage Door was the only one who provided me a written estimate. He also provided a guarantee of 5 years on parts and labor that the others didn't offer. His company gets high marks on Home Advisor, Yelp, and BBB. Peter also didn'€™t try to sell me a new opener (as one of the others did). All that, plus the fact that his price was competitive with the other quotes, made my choice easy. Peter showed up on time for our initial meeting, and on the installation day, his helper Jeremy was there right when Peter said he would be. The new door looks great and works perfectly. They even wiped it down when the installation was finished! I would definitely recommend A Plus Garage Door to my friends.

Peter and Jeremy helped me to change the broken spring. The service is absolutely awesome. Contact these fellows, they know what they are doing.

Easy to deal with. No nonsense. Come in early and fixed my garage door broken spring quickly. Did not have to move the car out. Courteous and professional. I recommend calling Peter who takes the orders.

Jeremy was there for a couple hours in the freezing cold rewiring and fixing a bad install, making sure everything worked as it should. Everything works well now and I will definitely be calling them again if I need anything else.

Great experience. My garage door broke - bolts connecting it to the opener arm were pulled through the door. I initiated a search for a quality, nearby garage door repair company, and Peter called me in less than an hour after that. We discussed the issue, he gave me an estimate, and he came out first thing the next morning and fixed the issue. He installed a bracket that should prevent the problem from happening again quickly and within the estimate given. I would definitely call him again if I have another garage door issue.
