they replaced my radiator, when that was not the problem with the coolant leak. I had taken my car back a number of times .. and the problem continued. The leak was a crossover gasket and finally repaired by Merlin's. Sham...Shame....

the mechanics and owner are very friendly. They also provide a free loaner car while mine was being serviced. all I had to do was refill the gas tank. I would highly recommend. this company to anyone just as they were recommended to me from a co-worker.

They are always dependable. Provide a free loaner when needed. They are honest and don't sell unneeded parts or services.

So I left home with a low tire which only got lower as I drove a little bit to the gas station to get air. By the time I got about 2 blocks from home, the tire was shredded and on the rim. I called Accurate and they tried to get the car on the flatbed, but it wouldn't because of the tire. Somehow, they got it over to their shop and fixed it. They are extremely helpful and so kind and didn't even pole fun of me for driving when I should have just called them in the first place and spared everyone the hassle. Mike and his guys are the best. Oh, and they even gave me a loaner car to use while they were repairing mine!

They did a good job for me. The experience was good. It was just great service.

They couldn’t fix it because it was a thirteen year old car, and the parts were no longer available. It was like I bought it in the year 2000; it was like 2000 and a half and the parts changed five times in that year, so they could not find that specific part. They are friendly, and they give me courtesy cars while my car is in the shop. When I call up, they know who I am; you develop a relationship with them. They end up knowing my car, knowing my family, and knowing what I need. They are accurate in their estimates, do good work, and are very honest. I have a new car now. Even if I have a new car that is under warranty, I will still take it to them.

My issues happened on Sunday when they were closed. Although I didn't have an appointment, I parked my vehicle in their parking lot on Sunday evening, dropped the keys in the drop box and forgot to leave a note in the vehicle or in the mailbox. Because I used their services in the past, Steve was nice enough to look up the vehice in their files and called me Monday morning just as I was on my way over to their facility. I explained the problem, smelling something burning and smoke coming from the rear wheel. I told him I was in no hurry, just left it on Sunday for my convenience, to take a look at it whenever they could. Juan called that same morning with the diagnosis, what needed to be repaired, and a quote. Upon my approval, the problems were repaired by the next day. He also offered a list of other things that may need to be repaired in the future, no pressure.
They have a busy shop, and I normally make an appointment for service. I did not expect to be taken care of so quickly. It was a pleasant surprise!

It was a very pleasant experience. They are very honest and they offer a fair estimate and price.

I have an older car and wanted to get it completely checked out and the oil changed. The guys at AA did a "used car evaluation" which let me know what kind of shape my car was in. I got a detailed listing of what could be done and about when I should get it done along with ballpark prices. There was NO pressure to do anything that day. Having the confidence in my car's performance (i.e. it won't break down on me!) was wonderful. I will definately go back to AA to get the maintenance they recommended over time. They were great!

Although they are pricey they do provide extra services, including washing the car and taking the car to the emission testing facility, getting it passed, providing a 2 year warranty. They fixed the original issues, but not two weeks later and I had the same problem with the car. Oh here we go again, another mechanic hustle. Brought the car in again, the provided a loaner. The next they they called and said a spark plug had cracked. They replaced it for free!! Amazing service. Didn't charge me for anything. Juan did a great job at keeping me in the loop on everything.

They have always been very honest. I've even brought a car in that was still under warranty and they told me what needed to be fixed and sent me to the dealer so it didn't cost me anything. I'll continue to take my cars here in the future and have recommended several people here as well.

Went in by appointment; despite a busy lot, they took me in on time, and finished on time as promised.

They put the wrong belts on and the brakes were making a pounding sound. I brought it back and told them the brakes had a problem. To make a long story short, they put one caliper in using rubber glue to hold it in place. The other side was held in place with a slide bushing like it is supposed to be. After a few months, the caliper popped out of place, the pads fell out and I lost my brakes. I fixed it myself in my driveway, rather than waist any more time with those people. I suggest anyone who reads this find another mechanic.

This was my first visit to Accurate Auto. Steve took care of me and took my car right away. He was very courteous and professional about explaining their services and the review of the inspection. Steve recommended a 60,000 service, however in reviewing my owners manual, there is nothing additional indicated at this mileage point. They also provided an exterior wash for my car. After pulling away in my car, I noticed dirt and/or grease on the interior driver side carpet and floor mat. Also, when I got home and looked under the hood, there was oil and/or grease spilled onto the engine compartment, fan and radiator. Overall, Steve was professional and the price I paid was reasonable, but I would recommend being more careful about oil spills and leaving dirt on the car.

I really don't remember how much it cost, but it was reasonable and the whole experience from the initial phone call to picking up the car was great. They checked everything and were professional and friendly. I have recently moved to the area and plan to make this my neighborhood mechanic.

I initially submitted a request for appointment via their website and did not receive a response. I decided to call and there was no pickup during business hours. Because of the positive rating on Angie's List and the fact that the shop is close to home, I decided to call again. Within a couple rings Steve picked up and promptly scheduled me. They provided courtesy car. I was kept apprised of what they found with cost estimates all along the way. I think the final bill was quite reasonable compared to what I had paid at the dealer for routine service in the past. The quality of work was great. I wanted my car detailed and they coordinated with the shop across the street to get the job done.

They give you a vehicle to use when your car needs to stay there for a little bit, and the best part is that it's free. They're very reliable and they always give you good estimates and stick to them. I really like them a lot.

Accurate Auto is wonderful when it comes to diagnosing problems with your car. They are very honest. They could have easily charged me for unneeded repairs but didn't. I have been taking my car there for 2 to 3 years now because I am so impressed with their quality service and knowledge.

Both Steve and Juan do a great job in explaining everything which needs to be done, and are very accommodating with additional help such as loaner cars and putting in three car seats. They do great work, and are honest, hard working guys. The job was really big, and they ended up having to keep the truck overnight which was not expected, but gave us a loaner to use, and the truck was ready the next morning. Will use them again.

They did a very good job, and even washed it when they finished. They gave me a free loaner car that made it easy to get to work. The only negative was it took a day longer than expected.
