Description of Work: A knob broke off on my stove, and I had contacted the company to complete the repair. Once the part came in, they were very flexible in scheduling a time that would work with my schedule. They called me the morning of the work, and were right on time, quick, and pleasant. Work was completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: I called because our dishwasher had stopped working and expected to need a service call. Instead, and thankfully, Steve was able to talk me through a reset process that he thought might work. It did work and we avoided the cost of a service call, at least for now! Steve also was kind enough to e-mail the reset process to me in case it happens again in the future! Let's hope this is a permanent solution but if not, we'll definitely be calling these guys for help!

Description of Work: Our 11 year old Maytag dryer was making a very high pitched sound when running. Called Priority the next morning and was very promptly called back and a repairman was out by the afternoon. I was asked a series of questions and when the sound started. The repairman gave me the option of replacing the rollers because this noise is a symptom of the rollers wearing out. He was very knowledgeable about Maytag equipment and had all of the parts to replace in this machine. I was very satisfied and will call them again for repairs. I also must note here, that we could not replace this appliance because the space for it is very tight and so I am glad to know that we can keep this dryer because the parts will always be available.

Description of Work: DISCOVERED WE HAD A LEAKING FRIDGE WHICH WAS CAUSING DAMAGE TO WOOD FLOORING. THE GUY FROM THE COMPANY SAID THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS A LOOSE CONNECTION WITH THE WATER LINE FOR ICE MAKER. HE TIGHTENED IT. A WEEK OR TWO LATER, WE DISCOVERED IT WAS LEAKING AGAIN. APPARENTLY, IT HAD BEEN LEAKING ALL THAT TIME DESPITE THE REPAIR GUY''S CLAIM THAT HE FIXED IT, AS THE LEAK WAS CAUSING MORE WATER DAMAGE TO THE WOOD FLOORING.

Description of Work: I CALLED THE DAY I NEEDED SERVICE ON MY AMANA REFRIGERATOR, GAVE MY NAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBER AND THE NATURE OF MY PROBLEM WITH MY FRIDGE. I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. TO DATE, NO ONE AT PRIORITY APPLIANCE HAS EVER RETURNED MY CALL OR LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE. (THEY WERE PROBABLY TOO BUSY TO RETURN MY CALL OR DIDN''T NEED MY BUSINESS.)
