part of the job was replacing a bathroom sink. Kohler sent the wrong sink. NSR located a sink in Chicago, picked it up and installed it on time. all above and beyond their duties.

The contractor from Natural Stone Restoration Zuka Chokhonelidze was outstanding. He was courteous, professional and communicated exactly what needed to be done to repair the imperfections on our granite counter tops. The granite once again looks like new. If we have any other projects involving stone, Zuka will be the first and only call. We have complete confidence in his workmanship.

We needed someone to cut our Corian countertop to make room for a new stove. That person would need to work in conjunction with someone to move a cabinet slightly to also allow room. Zuka came out to look at our needs very soon after contacting him. He explained what we needed and how he would do it, giving us a quote at that time. I needed to set up the person who would move the cabinet and after that was arranged I connected Zuka and that person to coordinate. Zuka came out, removed the Corian countertop, allowing the other person to move the cabinet the required amount. Zuka came out the same day as the cabinet movement and replaced the countertop, sealed it appropriately, cleaned up the area completely, as he did the earlier time. The area for the new stove looks completely finished. Zuka is always prompt and cleans up beautifully after each job. He is very clear as to what is needed and accomplishes his task to accommodate his customer. I would hire him again without question!

I have a home with a lot of Marble throughout my kitchen and bathrooms. Zuka was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job restoring and sealing my marble. When Zuka was done my countertops looked brand new. I would highly recommend working with Natural Stone.
