BEWARE of Tim Ascolani, owner of Terrain Landscape Contractors! It was a complete nightmare for our family! Project started late summer of 2016 and finally in July of this year, it was clear he would not finish and I had to retain a different landscaper to finish what he started and fix all the problems he created. No planning what-so-ever. Low ball quote, then invoices higher than any landscaper in town. Nothing was completed. Only hire Time Ascolani if you have an air tight contract and a great attorney. He is extremely aggressive in billing and will go to extreme measures to run up the tab and collect. Trees were planted crooked, on top of clay and old tree roots. 8 trees died within a couple weeks. New sidewalk cracked a couple months into the winter. He wants to charge for my side yard which is full of garbage and he argues is completed. See the picture and judge for yourself. According to Tim Ascolani, nothing is his fault. It took several months of begging to get him to do a couple weeks work. "It is the rain" . . ."It is too hot" . . ."I can't get dirt". All the while our kids spent half their summer indoors with dirt and bull dozers sitting for months in our back yard.
