Verlo Mattress Factory Stores of Crystal Lake

Description of Work: Salesperson was very helpful. The salesperson and delivery team worked hard to fit my purchase into a tight delivery schedule. It was a minor inconvenience when the delivery time changed from a.m. to p.m.

Description of Work: We needed a new queen size mattress and checked out Verlo after being recommended by a few co-workers. From the moment we walked in to the store, we did not feel any pressure from the salesman to buy the product. He was very informative about the mattresses and let the product speak for itself. We visited another mattress store after Verlo and were practically assaulted by the salesmen, who also told us that what we were looking for was wrong and that we should buy something completely different (it was important to us to have a mattress that can be flipped, and it seems Verlo is one of the only places to still make them like this). While the other store was willing to throw in a bunch of extras, thereby making their mattresses a slightly better deal, we thought that other mattresses just did not feel as nice as the Verlo ones. So the next day, we called back and ordered over the phone, which was very easy and convenient. We were also offered a discount if we took a mismatched box spring (and after you put sheets on everything, who cares if one is white and one is off white?), so that was a nice bonus.

Description of Work: Final decision was made between the 2 of us that Verlo was it! we felt that do to the professionalism, the courtesy and assistance that was provided to us during the time we walked in, the company was entitled to our business. We were presented 2-3 options that appealed to us, decided on the one and then went for the final pitch to obtain the purchase. We were able to secure a very attractive deal wherein we received no charge for delivery ( nearly 20 miles from Crystal Lake to Harvard one way ) as well as the no charge box springs to match the skin-fabric of the king mattress in stead of the freebie white colored box spring included in the stores pro offer. Then the final icing on the cake was that they included the better frame and center support for the head board and foot board set we bought too. On 10/8/2011, the king mattress set and bed were delivered right on schedule. The crew was superb. Offered to remove shoes when first arrived, very courteous, cleaned up everything both during assembly and at the end. Conversed with us during the assembly as to what they were doing exactly and why. Very thorough. We wish we could say the same about the bed in a bag set that was mismarked by the distributor! Trying to put a queen size comforter on a king doesn't work too well.
