Two days later the mattress was delivered.  The delivery men were professional and courteous.  They removed the old mattress, as well, at no extra charge.  When we had a question about our mattress, we called up our salesman and he had a good answer for us.  Verlo also called us to ask how we liked the firmness of our mattress, and would come out for free to change it if we felt we did not order correctly.  Only time will tell how the Verlo mattress holds up, but the sales experience was exceptional.

The mattress and related business industry Verlo is in is very cut throat.  It seemed of the other 2 competitors we went in to, they each cut down the others when the sales force asked were else we are shopping.  In fact, the 1 store sales person actually followed us out the front door walk to our car to tell us we are missing out on the purchase of a lifetime.  That for sure was a real turn off.  I raised the drivers window and the salesman tried talking to me through the window.  In fact, I seriously thought about stopping at the police station to file a complaint against the store. The experience was an eye opener to say the least.

Extremely well satisfied and when we decide to do another bedroom in our Victorian style home, Verlo will be considered for sure!
