Description of Work: As Official Heating and Cooling bought my previous furnace company, it was easy to engage their services. I had them replace my furnace (from 1977) and air conditioner and will remain a faithful customer. The last service call was for the yearly cleaning of both items. Their office staff is kind, considerate, and knowledgeable. The crews are excellent and very professional.
