Vacuumed and cleaned inside the heating unit, replaced filter. Checked thermostat. Outside checked a/c unit - cleaned with hose. Checked both heating unit and a/c after to make sure running correctly.

Appreciated that the serviceman cleaned hornet nests out of PCV. Suggested a turbo charger for $125 to maintain AC.

I talked with them regarding radiant floor heating but determined with there assistance that elictric floor heating is what I needed.

.The service representaive arrived on time, was efficient and thorough, and explained what he was doing and why. All-in-all avery satisfactory result.

The owner came out himself and looked at everything, and the next day his employees came out and looked at it. The owner came back, sat down with us and told us exactly what had to be done. You can expect to call and get answers; there was always somebody able to give you an answer. The people that came out to do the work were extremely polite and very efficient. When the owner gave us the quote, my husband said that was a lot of money, and he told us that we could do financing and explained to us how it could be financed. They have a finance company that they use and we decided to use it. After it was all installed, the owner came back to see if we had any questions. There is nothing bad I have to say about this company. They were perfect. We have recommended them to our neighbors.

Some of the work for the line and concrete was messy.

Official replaced out gas heater prior to Thanksgiving last year. We were very happy with their work and purchased a heater and A/C cleaning service contract for this year. The technician was on time and completed the work professionally.

Their pricing was great, especially when you take into account the fantastic 20 year parts and labor warranty (you do have to purchase their annual maintenance plan to maintain the 20 year warranty). The salesman that came out to our house on a Thursday evening was very professional. He laid out all of our options from top to bottom and was not at all pressuring. We felt very confident in our decision to go with Official for the job! The installers arrived on Saturday (less than 24 hours after we signed the contract!) and were right on time. They were very professional and kept us up to date on where they were on the installation throughout the day. It took them about 10 hours to complete the installation and they did a great job. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. I have already referred them to some friends who are looking for similar work!

They did a fine job. They were personable and friendly.

I was very pleased with the work they did. They replaced my Heating and A/C in about 7 Hours. They also did a great job on Duct Cleaning. I had to move things so they could get to my ducts and they were very patient with me while I moved things. They gave me a call to verify when they were going to come and they came on time. Everyone on their team was very professional.

We called Official Hand C when our AC system quit cooling and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technician called us well ahead of his arrival time to let us know he was on his way. After asking us to describe the problem and what we had checked, he diagnosed the need for a new capacitor, replaced it, checked the freon level, and tested the system for proper cooling capacity. He was quick, efficient, professional and careful to remove his shoes when moving in and out of our home.

We did not spend anything because we had a service contract, but normally for the year we pay about $200. They did a super job. Sometimes they are a little bit late, but they are well worth it. We like that they always do a good job when they are here and they are always very friendly. They are just good quality workman and they just know the stuff. They are very knowledgeable.

The central air conditioning system wasn't cooling as quickly as in the past. The serviceman can out and diagnosed a small leak. He said that he would add more coolant. The whole process took less then 1 hour and everything is back to normal.

The technician was fast, efficient and fair with his quotation and work. His installers were top-notch, clean, efficient and very customer-oriented from start to finish. I would recommend Official Heating and Cooling, Inc. to anyone!
