Phil was wonderful to work with. Called and arrived quickly. Work was completed quickly, efficiently and perfectly. Phil was nice enough to pick out the new hardware for me. He also has the ability to make additional keys from his truck, saving me the trip of having more keys made.

Very friendly man came the following day and replaced dead bolts and door knobs. Front & back door. Professional and completed job in about 1/2 hour. Would definitely hire him again.

He was timely to respond to make appointment, but we had a failure to communicate about the actual time. I had to request he mask. He did not cover the carpet nor wear shoe covers. There was drilling required so a bit of a mess. I had to touch up door paint from a couple dings and large area of chipped paint. The work was completed and the installation price reasonable, except for the cost to key the locks- $30 each, which I feel is high. Ace is $13 and another locksmith is $23 each.

I called about getting into my safe as I had lost the combination. Phil explained that the safe would be destroyed in the process. He came promptly and had the safe open in about 5 min. Another company quoted me 3X the money and told me it might take them hours to get it open. Phil knows what he's doing and was pleasant to work with.
