"Hello. What you have described is uncharacteristic of our company our installation crews, since 1976, take great pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. As with any construction project, we try our very best to ensure every piece of the puzzle is 100% seamless. We apologize for any misunderstanding in looking into your situation. A contract was signed by your spouse on 10/26/21. When attempting to get a permit it was determined that she is not the titled owner of the property. We rely on the knowledge of our customers to let us know if they are not the titled owner as we have no way of verifying this information until the permit is applied. Multiple attempts were made to contact you so that a proper contract could be completed with your signature. on November 15th, 2021, you signed an updated contract for the project this delay in your signing the contract directly led to the delay in stating your project. While we make every attempt to start every project as soon as possible we cannot start work without proper permitting as well as optimal weather conditions. As a reputable business with more than 45 years in the industry we pride ourselves on our above-board business practices. All documents are made available to each customer and clearly outline the scope of work to be completed as well as any charges that may be incurred if you elect to cancel a contract."

"The roof in question was purchased as a partial shingled and partial flat project. However, after removing the several layers of roofing, it was clear that a shingled roof was not a suitable replacement due to the existing low slope pitch of the project. After consultation between myself and the homeowner, it was determined that the entire project scope would be completed as a flat project. M&M never requested any additional funding for this change. However, as outlined in your contract, you are responsible for all wood charges associated with the project. it was necessary to add an insulation board that is also a chargeable feature. Your signature was obtained for both of these items prior to install.I have identified 2 issues that you have reported. On 9/14/21, you noted a concern with your gutters. Although this concern was not a workmanship nor material issue, the requested remedy was completed by M&M on 9/16/21. On 11/15/21, you initiated a service request related to your roof concerns. The following day, 11/16/21, a service tech spent 90 minutes at your home inspecting for any roof issues. Your roof concern was determined to be related to condensation. This was determined as the repair tech noted there was not any precipitation on the 16th and he personally witnessed the pipe being dry and condensation forming during his inspection. This is outlined in the disclaimers that were signed as part of your initial contract. Lastly, the interior damage that is claimed relative to your suspended ceiling is directly related to the prior condition of the roof and that issue is also addressed in the disclaimers as a pre-existing condition. M&M stands behind its projects in their entirety and would be happy to send another representative out for an additional inspection.
