first day they sent out a sub contractor for the gutters, I believe the company name was Molina or modina and they did a nice job I have no complaints. A few days later a duke construction crew shows up to fix water leak at chimney and reflash it also. They worked for quite a while, and took pictures to show me what they had done. They said they couldn't caulk due to not having the correct color and they would return in the next few days to finish caulking, they even showed me the caulk and it was in fact the wrong color. Everything appeared to be in order and upfront so I wrote them a check for the full amount ,( what a mistake that was !!!! ) that was on 6/11/14 since then I have made many calls to them and it always goes to voice mail and very rarely do they call back . They have made appointments with me to come back but they don't show up. They did show up one time when I was not home and put some corrected paperwork in my mailbox that is still not signed by them so its worthless. They say they caulked the chimney when they were here with the paperwork, however all seams that you can see from the ground are open not caulked. They made an appointment with me to be here on 7/16/14 to provide me with a signed warranty papers and to recheck the caulk they never showed did I mention that the roof still leaks
So over one month later I still have my water leak, flashing that has gaps in it and is uncaulked, no warranty papers, and best of all I got to give these wonderful people 1200 of my dollars !!!!
