hardwood floor
 + -1 moreThey had the best price for the hardwood flooring I wanted, by far. I was very impressed with the woman I spoke with on the phone, Melissa I believe. I was not as impressed with the salesman at the store itself. Even so, I scheduled an in-home estimate and honestly thought this would be the company I would use. They never showed up, never even called, even though I called the store that morning to confirm. That sealed the deal in my book- not a professional operation.
Description of Work: They lent me hardwood flooring samples and were supposed to come to the house to provide an in-home estimate.
