My husband and I have been taking our cats to see Dr. Randla since we
moved here about 2 years ago. He has always been kind and attentive and
taken very good care of them. This past weekend we had to have our
oldest cat euthanized and it was one of the most painful experiences I
have ever endured. Dr. Randla and all the staff at Horseshoe Lake were
incredibly kind and supportive and our cat's passing was peaceful which
we were both thankful for. Last night when I opened our mail I found a
sympathy card from the office with a very kind message from Dr. Randla
as well as a keepsake card with our cat's paw print on it. I was so
surprised by this gesture that I burst into tears. We hadn't even
thought to make a memento like that and I am so deeply grateful that
they did! I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Randla to anyone
with pets in need of medical care.

They are awesome. They are vets, groomers, and they have kennels. The vet sits down with us each time they've been treated and explains everything with us.

Granted any dog on their first visit to see the vet or the groomer are a tad on the nervous and anxious side. So was our dog. Once she met with either Dr. Hall or Penny, all that changed instantly. My husband and I feel that those two must have some genealogy connection with Dr. Doolittle because they calm down instantly. NOW when we walk through the doors the dog cannot wait to see either one of them!!!
