They are a husband and wife team. Some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They installed a new furnace and AC units. They did a perfect installation, were on time and left the place immaculate. And thier prices are FANTASTIC for the high end brand they sell. Couldn't be happier about thier work! ( and yes I'm a real person who left this review.)

These guys are great! They went through the trouble of fixing my new wireless thermostat wiring, even though they could have just told me they were going to have to leave the old one on. They were friendly, COVID-conscious, and fast. They even cleaned my outside condenser unit when they were done, for free.

They did a very thorough job and there price for the cost of the repair on my furnace was very fair. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I would definitely use them in the future and refer them to other people.

We initially called for HVAC service since we are new to the home. They came out and serviced it then returned when it couldn’t keep up on a hot day. It was evident the unit was not appropriately sized for the home. They gave us a fair quote and installed a new system quickly, even keeping the old system charged so I could then sell it intact.

I was very pleased with the service that Garrett Heating & Cooling provided. They were super fast to respond, came the next day and it was worth every penny. They saved me a ton of money and answered every question I had. They worked their magic on the air conditioning system that had not worked properly in a few years and it worked great when they were finished. Our upstairs AC unit gave out on us late last summer. I scheduled two HVAC repair services to come out and check on the upstairs condensing unit to see what the problem was so we could get a couple of quotes for the repair work. The first HVAC repair service showed up late morning, but they said they couldn't inspect or repair the AC unit for another month because the temperature needed to be at least 70 degrees. They went on their way and I said I'd be in touch in a month. The second appointment was with Garrett in the afternoon and I was going to cancel, but decided to keep it and see how they would handle things. When they showed up I described the problem we were having with the upstairs AC unit and they immediately went out to check the capacitor in the unit. They performed a voltage test on the capacitor and found that it was no longer holding a charge. They didn't have a replacement unit that day, but said they could come back the following day and replace it with a new one. They replaced the capacitor the next day and we checked the upstairs AC and it was working fine again. I was prepared for a major repair bill for this, but was pleased that it ended up costing less that $300. Guess I don't need to call the other company back in a month.

I can't say enough good things about Garrett Heating and Cooling. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, honest and professional. Their prices are by far the best! And their service completely blew me away. Truthfully, it was touching! They did a bunch of little extra things for me and I didn't even ask. (Things like moving a gas line so I could more easily reach the furnace filter. They went and got me a carbon monoxide alarm and a new register cover because the old one was gross. They even checked out my gas fireplace for safety and gave me a lesson on using it!) I will never use anyone else and highly recommend them. If more people were like them the world would be a much better place.
