Description of Work: Used a Big Deal coupon for some small drywall repair. Showed up on time and was very proffesional with his work. Cleaned up all waste and did an excellent job with the repair. After painting you can't tell it was ever damaged! I would recommend for any residential projects/rapairs.

Description of Work: Had used the company one other time prior to contacting them for this job. Contacted the provider they responded, and I provided them an overview of what needed to be completed. They indicated that they would contact me to schedule a visit and the work. Never heard from them again. I would not recommend this company, they appear to be very unorganized.

Description of Work: Sam gave us a wonderful impression. He came to downtown Chicago very quickly, I want to say maybe a day after we talked to him about the work that needed to be done. We needed to completely renovate our 2 bedroom downtown Chicago apartment. Ceiling needed to be resurfaced, new tile, counters, sinks, cabinets in both the kitchen and bathrooms, new wood floor needed to be installed in the living room. Sam seemed very knowledgeable, made us aware of some things we never thought about, and gave a very reasonable estimate. The estimate was built very thorough and explained the costs of each item. We ended up using a contractor that was familiar with our building because he was able to show us an actual unit he redid in our building and knew how to get permits approved quickly. In the end, our contractor did an okay job but the communication was not there like I believe it would have been if we used Sam. Same definitely would have been our first choice if this other guy had not come along. In fact, I'm recommending Sam to my brother instead of our other contractor, I have that much faith in him.

Description of Work: The list is to long as I had a great deal of home improvement work completed. I am completely satisfied with this contractor.
