Whenever anything goes wrong, they blame it on anything but themselves. They were off in measurements and in places where we ordered multiple shades, they showed up with single very big shades that covered multiple windows. When we asked for some understanding, they got very angry at us in a way that didn't seem reasonable. We were with them in the past so its not like we were brand new customers. It took a long time but I got it resolved.

The shades in the bedroom were very, very old and were not room darkening. I had Zwick do the shades for my dining room and living room--13 windows in all--about 10 years ago and was very happy with them. They are holding up extremely well. I decided to have them do the bedroom shades as well. They were very honest about reusing the rollers--they said there was no need to replace them as they worked well. They were also helpful in color selection for the braided trim on the shade. I placed my order and they were ready a week later, which I thought was excellent. The owner was also very helpful in explaining the tool to make the hole for the shade pull. As I have arthritis in my fingers, it was easy to manipulate for me. My other shades have held up well, and I expect these to do the same. The owners of this store are so very nice and also so helpful with suggestions. They are in my neighborhood, and I like to patronize local businesses if I can. I was pleased to see they are on Angie's list, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality window treatments and personalized service.

They really took the time to figure out what we needed and what would be best for us. They provided a number of options at various price levels. The professionalism of the installer was excellent.

I really like how they do business and they have very nice people that work with them. They are an local company and they really like helping their customers make really good choices.
