+ -1 moreCHAIR CAME WITH SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. THEY DID NOT RETURN MULTIPLE (2-3 PER WEEK TO THE DIRECT LINE FOR THE 'SUPERVISOR') CALLS FOR A MONTH AT A TIME. THROUGHOUT I WAS CALM AND COURTEOUS WITH THEM. AFTER SIX+ MONTHS OF PROMISES TO FIX THE PROBLEM, THEY DECIDED NOT TO. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WHERE UNCONCERNED ABOUT LOSING ME AS A CUSTOMER. MY ONLY REQUEST, FOR AN APOLOGY FOR STRINGING ME ALONG FOR SO VERY LONG, WAS NOT MET.
Description of Work: BOUGHT A COUCH AND MATCHING CHAIR.
