Wallpaper Service
Excellent.
- Communication: Confirms the date/time a week before AND the night before.
- Quality: Vidal walks through the space with you, points out every issue that he sees, explains the 2-3 ways to repair it, and gives his recommendation. When the work is completed, he will walk through the space with you again to confirm you are happy. Re: materials, he will strongly recommend certain brands and warn you against lower quality brands. He also leaves the extra material with you for touch-ups.
- Staff - Vidal has done work in our building for 8 years. He has very low turnover, so you will typically have the same group of men doing the work.
- Price - Very transparent and fair. The quote he gives you is the quote at the end of the job.
- Customer Service - Vidal is a lovely person. Very friendly, kind and sensitive to customers with busy schedules. He's been very flexible us.
