Hike was very responsive to my request. He came on time at the scheduled appointment. He his service was more extensive than the others that I contacted also from Home Advisor. He was a little more expensive but he was also more thorough and gave me certified reports which the other companies were not going to be able to do.

Nice guy and prompt, but he wants you to pay before services are rendered, which is really weird. He sends an invoice after you pay. You receive a lab report but it was hard to read so you have to just hope he interpreted it correctly.

"Dear Lauren, Saw your review on Home Advisor. I pulled your file out this morning and looked over the report. I made a clerical error in the recommendations portion on page 2 of the document. I have revised the report and resubmitted it to you via email. I remember I was rushing to get the report complete for you on time and that is my fault for not reviewing before sending it to you, I am sorry. I am sorry for any misunderstandings this may have caused you."

The owner was very quick to respond and showed up within a hour. He preformed the testing and we received our results. Our complaint is, he was more than DOUBLE the price of 4 other companies! After calling the other companies I found out they would’ve provided exactly the same services and paperwork required. Unfortunately, Weber Group Management was the first to contact me and because we were panicked and new to this issue we booked him first. He was very nice but due to the cost vs Service unfortunately we wouldn’t use him again.

"I think rating is unfair. The reason being you do not have the knowledge about the Environmental industry to say my quality deserved a 2. I produced a document that you need to close on a property and with the proper language. The only way you could give me 2 is if the lawyers could not agree and you could not buy that home. Obviously, that did not happen so they were happy with the language. The reason for 1 on the price, maybe you should have taken a step back and took a little more time to get pricing. This why you feel like I over charged you and your going blame me for you not making a educated decision. But I did drop my price."

He had swift return on final report, was easy to get in touch with and very responsive/understanding with all of our questions.

We got 2 quotes on testing asbestos. Apparently everyone charges $25 for each sample tested but the biggest difference was what they charged for their time to come to our home and collect samples. Weber was $150 less than the other company we called so we hired them right away. They made an appointment to collect the sample later that same day and had the results the following morning. Received the results and invoice via email again same day and everything went really smoothly. Highly recommend.
