We own a rental property in a condo high-rise building in the city. Our last tenants destroyed the bathroom floor due to neglect, so we needed to replace everything except the bathtub. I am an Account Manager and designer at another company and have worked with Vizta Construction on several renovation projects. Although my project was small and simple, I needed a company that I could trust and I knew that Javier and his brothers would be the best solution. We selected our own materials, including tile, plumbing, and paint. Javier met with us to measure the space and give us a bid on the project. The pricing was reasonable and we were left with the peace of mind that he could self-manage the project. The result was outstanding! It's a testimony that a good installer that pays attention to the details can make modest materials look like a million bucks. The bathroom looked like a new space!
