Urban Spaces

Phil Wenz owner of Urban Spaces, did the work himself.  He gave us quick turn around on the estimate and was able to start on the project pretty quickly.  He was on time, clean, neat, polite everything you want.  He also installed some drapery rods and helped move around the furniture when a new rug arrived for our living room.  Indoors and out, every thing looks great.  Some outdoor painters are a bit careless but not a drop of paint landed on the sidewalk.  Phil had to dig out a portion of our iron fence to get to it but he did it without complaint.  I would trust Urban Spaces and Phil Wenz to work in and around my home anytime.

I have yet to run into a situation Phil couldn't handle (and believe me, I've thrown some doozys at him).  The last project we worked on together started off as doing some new paint & tile work in a kitchen (new floor & backsplash, along with new granite countertops), and before it was done we ended up doing a guest bath, laundry, teenage daughters room, family room, and open stairway to the basement.  There really wasn't much left on the first floor that Phil didn't touch.  He even custom painted new cabinet hinges and then installed them when I couldn't find replacement hinges in the correct color!!! Phil is definitely someone you want one your project.  I will continue to recommend him to everyone!!!
