Ultimate Glass Art, Inc.

I ordered glass doors for my bad room. The doors was install by the ultimate glass company, how soon they was install they start cracking, the pieces of glass start falling on the floor. I contact them wright after installation and get a promise to have that problem fixed, but it was only promise. They are not answering on my calls or text.I payed for this door in full. This is how it's go. UNRELIABLE COMPANY IN CHICAGO!!!

Came out promptly to give me an estimate and then did not respond to email and vm request to have the work done.

There are evidently a number of very high quality glass shops serving the Chicago area, which also keeps prices in line. At the end of the day I went with Ultimate. They were the first to come out and measure with Michael the father being a passionate and precise tradesman. He pointed out a couple of build out details which should be fixed for a better final door fit, and fortunately I was able to get them done. The second fabricator came out later in the same afternoon, but was not as particular. Also Ultimate came back with their proposal a little bit quicker, and were more responsive to interim inquiries, so I went with my gut. I was not disappointed, their final product was excellent and served as the final piece of the project. Damian, the son and owner, and Michael the father, both showed a real passion and pride in their work and I’d certainly look forward to working with them again if the opportunity should arise.

The entire experience was fantastic. From the estimate and measuring process to the installation they were professional and punctual and best of all, did fantastic work. Highly recommended.

It went awesome. Damian and Rodrigo are both very knowledgeable and very professional. They did a great job, right from the start (design phase) till the very end. Everything went perfectly and very smooth. Damian is originally an artist and he is super knowledgeable about glass, which shows itself right away. I would highly recommend them. They are very honest and have great work ethics, too. Two thumbs up.
