First the phone call return was very prompt. Mr Tu came to my home and went over many different designs and wayes of creating a beautiful back yard along with alleviating a very bad water retention problem. After talking it over with my wife we decided upon one of the designs that Mr Tu had come up with. Mr Tu then came back out to the house and wrote up a contract. On the day the work was to begin it was raining and the backyard had flooded so the work could not start that day. Of course it was no fault of TuBloom. They came back out two days later and work began. Everything went as planned after that. Work was completed in the time that was stated and now we are enjoying a beautifully landscaped backyard that is free of water.
