Pavers and Hardscaping Service
Jose and Leo came out, were extremely personable and professional. They talked about all the things they would do for snow removal. I gave them my email - they said they would send me a quote - they never did. Jose and I spoke then on the phone on Christmas Eve and said he'd talk to Leo. I appreciated him helping me on a holiday... then nothing... Then I tried calling four times, texting, emailing, all over the course of four weeks... NO RESPONSE. Very frustrating especially since the snow is coming tonight. We really wanted to use them because they came on recommendation from Christy Webber Landscapes, and because of how prompt, professional, and personable they were when they came out for the estimate... but I just cannot believe they seem to have disappeared without a trace. We have found a new company now that we will be trying tonight. I wish I could review TREE-O on their work but they never gave us the chance!
