TOP BUILDING ROOFING & MAINTENANCE Over 40yrs

Both jobs were five star.  Al was great to work with, prompt, and did great work.

After calling several roofers for estimates, I met with AL at my house.   After showing him my concerns from the street he didn't give me quote right away.  It was refreshing.  All the other roofers gave me quotes without actually going up on the roof.   Al on the other hand came back 2 days later with his ladder, went up on the roof and then proceeded to inspect the roof and took photos for me.     
He pointed out several areas which needed repair and the photos backed that up.   I waited a few days only to find a huge rain storm came.  I called Al and said I needed him to start becasue of the water leaks in my house.   Al came the next day, made the repairs and the 2 leaks in my house have now stopped.  

As a thirty-somthing homeowner, there is somthing to be said for Al's generation.  He has 40 years expierence and is in his late 60's early 70's.    I feel that his generation actually cares.     I will use him again this Spring and I reccomend him  to anyone.
As a side note, in his 40 years of working Al "the roofer" has also worked in areas other than roofing so he is a great "handyman" as well.

He was recommended by another contractor to me. He totally repplaced the roof on my garage. They did it in 3 or 4 hours, and did good work. He brought a few guys with him, and they were very competative.
