He arrived as scheduled, but it seems like all He did was vacume the furnace. There was a noice in the motor which is now worse and my furnace is not warming up the house. I wonder what kind of service I was given.

"The service you were given was a furnace tune up. It includes cleaning and checking the gas burners. Lubricating moving parts, tightening wires and so forth. It doesn't include fixing a broken furnace. Tune-ups do not fix a furnace that is broken. The service technician recommended changing the motor."

It went very well! They performed a tune up on my furnace. I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the installers so much that I hired them again 2 weeks later to install a whole-house humidifier.

"Hello, we responded the same day that the member purchased a tune up special online with no response. Then we messaged the member again with no response. A phone number isn't listed so we had no way to contact the member other than through Angie's list. The poor review doesn't reflect our company at all."
