Very well; the team that moved us was efficient, accommodating, and extremely courteous and helpful! Also the customer service representatives were professional, courteous, and also very helpful.

The Professionals were excellent, kind and courteous. Fernando, the lead crew member, personally wrapped and antique walnut dresser. This piece was the most challenging to move into our new home. The crew was patient and gently communicative with each other on making the necessary maneuvers to get the dresser up the narrow stairwell. Thank you for an excellent job. The Professionals were highly recommended to me and I am now able to pass on the same recommendation.

Everything went amazing - better than expected. Hands down, this was the best moving experience I've had. They were punctual, polite, listened to our directions, worked quickly, and most important to me, they were very careful with my belongings and real estate (I own the building I was moving from and the building I was moving to). I appreciated that they put down cardboard to protect hardwood floors when wrapping heavy furniture (I told them to be careful b/c I had new floors but I didn't ask them to do this). And they were very gentle when placing boxes, crates, and furniture on the floors. They didn't damage/break anything or lose anything. A great bonus is you can rent plastic reusable boxes/bins/totes through this moving company (c/o The Chicago Greenbox). This is both environmentally friendly and incredibly convenient. No need to buy, tape up, break-down, and then throw out single use cardbord boxes. An added bonus is that these guys came in cheaper ($/hour) than the other quotes I received. The actual cost was surprisingly at the low end of the range I was quoted. Fernando Luz was the foreman of the crew. If you are able, I would totally request him and his crew. The next time I need to move, I know I will.

Our move was completed in just over four hours - which was well within the estimated time (and price) we were quoted. The moving team was really efficient, friendly, and took good care of our belongings. They navigated several large pieces of furniture through tight spaces easily, and generally seemed to take the whole move in stride. Kelly and the rest of the customer service team were also very helpful fielding my questions in advance of move day. I'd definitely use the Professionals again.

Amazing job! So fast!

Great experience! Fernando and his crew were punctual, very fast, and very respectful. I could hardly keep up with how quickly and neatly they moved all my stuff. They came recommended by a friend, and they made another recommender of me. Their estimates are on the high side, but if you don't have a lot of large/complicated furniture, and if you prepare adequately before they arrive, you'll probably come in under.

Team of 3 movers were exactly on time, very efficient the moment they arrived. They were professional and friendly. No additional costs added on. Only negative is payment must be made in cash or cashier check.

Outstanding! Oscar and his crew were professional, efficient, and treated our belongings as if they were their own. We had clearly labeled all our things, and the crew made sure to put them exactly where they needed to go in our new house. I could not be happier with how our move went that day.

They were able to come early and were able to do the work quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant.

The team was great. The quickly moved us from from our 2nd floor walk up to 3rd floor walk up. Amazing.

Carlos G, Erik, and Modestu did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the move - they were professional, courteous, nice, and quick with their work.

The move went perfectly. On time, no complaints, courteous, wrapped fragile items safely, no damage, quick. Oscar was the main person we worked with and he was good about explaining everything and asking about what to move or not move, room to move to, etc. The movers are on another level from other companies I've worked with. They can tape together 4-5 boxes and carry them in one trip. Other companies could easily have taken twice as long for the move.

Absoulutely perfect. 3 guys...who were well trained and never stopped moving at a fast pace and carefully! All my things were moved without any issue. Price, timing and quicknes...wow. Really impressed

Fantastic move. Smoothest I've had here in Chicago. Jorge, Antonio, Luis, and Andres were my team and they were amazing. Considering previous delivery people struggled to get a couple pieces of my furniture into my old apartment, these guys not only didn't hesitate to wrap and get it out, they made it up to my new place through back curvy stairs with no problem. I'd recommend the company, and this crew in particular, again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I ​have moved around a great deal. We have moved from different countries and states several times over the past 10 years and have used different moving companies including some awful ones. (Olympus Moving & Storage out of New York being the worst experience we have had).​
 
The Professionals were amazing. We decided to use them for two reasons​: the first being ​a recommendation from a dear friend who had ​previously used them. Secondly their pricing was competitive when we called for a quote​. 
T​he team leader Serafin and his crew were great. They were polite, hard working and they moved a two bedroom 2nd floor walk up into a single family home in three hours! If anyone has ​moved before you know that this is impressive. ​The crew shrink-wrapped everything and​ were careful with all of our belongings. After unpacking everything we can confirm that nothing was damaged. 
They also didn't try and drive up the price halfway through the move,​ which was refreshing considering our previous experience with other​ (above named)​ moving companies. We would absolutely recommend The Professionals ​for your next move​. 

The worst.  First, they didn't use moving blankets for most of my wooden furniture, resulting in many scratches.  Second, they mummified things in tape without putting moving blankets between the tape and the furniture surface.  This quite literally destroyed my very nice wooden kitchen table by taking strips of the finish off the top of the table and the sides of the chairs.  I will have to have the table refinished to even use it because there are large strips of finish missing.  Unbelievable.  Who puts moving tape directly on a finished wooden surface?!  Third, instead of using the actual entrance to the building, they decided they would rather stand on the back of the truck and pass everything over a metal railing.  I explicitly told them not to do that because it would loosen the railing.  Did they listen?  Of course not!  The movers had a complete lack of respect for my belongings.  Don't hire them.

Carlos Z.'s team made this move the easiest, most efficient move I have ever experienced. Carlos arrived on the moving day on time (a few minutes early) and had all of my items ready to move as soon as I could use the elevator. They were so efficient at packing that they had my whole apartment ready and moved into their truck and my uhaul in under 20 minutes! When the move was over I am happy to say that every item arrived just as it left. I would strongly recommend using their service to my friends and family.

Everything went smoothly.  They were courteous and pleasant.  I would not hesitate to use them in future.

These guys were incredible.  Once they start working, you know exactly what you're paying for.  They're incredible efficient and take very good care of your belongings.
Will need movers again in a few months to move things out of storage--will request Victor and his team again.
Wish the fees were a little less, but would use them again.

The whole experience was excellent. The time range I chose was from 8:00 am to 8:30 am. The team of Ulises, Eduardo, and Alex showed up at exactly 8:00 am. Gold star for that. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and knowing exactly what they were doing. From the moment they walked in, I knew it was going to be a good move. From beginning to end, it was so well-organized it blew me away. They killed it. I was extremely lucked to have such a good team of movers as Ulises, Eduardo, and Alex. They're service was a ten plus, and they're a huge asset to the company. Thanks so much for all your help and making a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Oscar's team were amazing! They were on time, very fast, got everything onto the 2 trucks, drove it to our new house, unloaded everything into the appropriate rooms, re-assembled bed frames. They didn't complain about anything, they took no breaks, didn't damage anything, and the whole thing was done in under 4 hours.
We had gone with J&B for the move-out a month earlier and it was an absolute nightmare. Compared to that, it was like night and day. Oscar's team from The Professionals made our move-in day completely stress-free. We would absolutely recommend them and if we ever move again, we will definitely call them first.

The team headed by Silvestre with Hugo and Jaime arrived on time. Very professional and fast. Took great care of all the items to be moved. Highly recommended.
