As first-time homeowners, we had virtually no experience in what to look for, and Mr. Zisook was kind enough to teach us. MR. ZISOOK ARRIVED TO THE INSPECTION 15 MINUTES EARLIER AND HAD ALREADY BEGUN THE OUTSIDE INSPECTION. THE CONDO WE WERE LOOKING TO PURCHASE WAS APPROXIMATELY 1100SQ FEET AND THE HIS INSPECTION FROM BEGINNING TO END TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS. HE WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING HE WAS CHECKING AND EVEN EXPLAINED WHAT MINOR CHANGES COULD BE MADE TO IMPROVE THE LIFE OF CERTAIN ITEMS. HIS DEMEANOR IS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND VERY NO NONSENSE. I WALKED AWAY FEELING SATISFIED THAT I WAS PURCHASING A HOME WITH ALL THE NECESSARY INFORMATION.
