Faucet Repair or Replacement Service
$800
Placed an order for a GRAFF shower valve, was told it would be shipped over night paid for over night shipping. Then multiple phone calls later with their lack of urgency we did not receive for 3 weeks with no refund for the over night shipping until Spoke with a gentleman in the office who read multiple notes and tried to get the item shipped asap. When we had to return do to the contractor getting the part sooner they denied our return due to their store policy $800.00 faucet. That will be the last time we order from this company.

Bought a Kohler replacement cartridge and when installing it it was missing two parts. Contacted a licensed plumber who bought another Kohler replacement cartridge from them and informed them that the one I bought was missing two parts. He installed the cartridge he purchased and it was defective. When contacted they refused to offer and portion of a refund or adjustment. More reputable plumbing supply store around.

We have been trying to update our kitchen faucet for years, but retail home improvement places generally do not have parts for 1929 fixtures.  When a plumber (also found on Angie's List) came to our house to make a separate repair, he recommended the Faucet Shoppe.  My husband visited the shop on his day off, with the disassembled faucet, and the gentleman in the store put on the necessary attachments to stop the recurrent leaking and also updated the faucet with an aerator (we had spent more than $100 over the years on various "universal" adapters that did not work).  This gentleman immediately knew what we needed and fixed it right up - usually people look at electric and plumbing fixtures from our house and say things like, "wow, I've never seen one of those before...."  Over one month later, I am still very happy every time I turn on the kitchen faucet to do the dishes.

Went in expecting to buy a new drain stopper or entire drain kit. Gave the broken stopper to Adam and showed him what was broken. He said to let him try to fix it. And HE DID! Fixed it while I waited.
He saved me money, time, and aggravation. Thank you!

The plumber we hired didn't have the part to fix our terribly ugly early 1990s Dornbracht faucet so he sent me here to find it so that we wouldn't have to cut open the wall and replace the whole thing. Not only did the Faucet Shoppe have the part, but when the plumber returned and informed me that a second component of the cursed tacky faucet was broken and could not be fixed, I went back to the Faucet Shoppe and they fixed the part for me on the spot - using dental tools. I then had the pleasure of calling the plumber to inform them I had finished fixing my problem myself (with some expert help from the Faucett Shoppe, of
course). I hope to enjoy my tacky polished brass faucet for years to come and the $625+ I saved no having to buy a whole new fixture and cut open the wall to install it.
This place is one of a kind. They seem to have everything, are incredibly knowledgeable, and really nice (even if you are not a plumber). I've never enjoyed standing in line as much as I did on my first visit and listening to Adam advise plumber-after-plumber on which part they needed and give them tips to install it.

You never know just how important a plumbing supply shop is until you're out of water and your plumber can't fix it.
I brought in an imported kitchen faucet that I was skeptical I'd find parts for. Pretty much needed an entire rehab including sprayer hose, supply lines, brass cartridge, gaskets, and aerator. I was even told by a plumber that I'll never find parts and should just buy a new faucet. It took me two visits, but I only waited a few minutes each time for these guys to find and install all the parts. The total of $90 sure was better than buying a comparable new model for $350 (which they also happened to have in stock).
You'll be so glad you found these guys.

After reading several great reviews of this store I decided to check them out. At first, I was taken back by the appearance of the store front. It's more of a " plumbers shop" with the entire area behind the counter devoted to parts for repairing faucet and toilets. I looked at the faucets on display but there were only a few out there. Apparently they keep a huge stock of faucets in the back and bring them out front based on what you're looking for. I gave them a description of what I wanted and in two tries, found a faucet that far exceeded my expectations. It was exactly what I was looking for and more. My concern was how much it would cost. As it turned out I paid $125 less than the normal retail cost for this faucet and it carries a lifetime warranty. The owner was great and showed me the part list for the faucet and made sure I sent in the warranty card. The shop isn't fancy but if you are looking for good quality, service and selection at a great price, this is the place for you. I would highly recommend.

Went to the shop on a Thursday morning. Three people ahead of me, but they were serviced in about 4 minutes. I needed to repair a 60 year old shower faucet. The staff immediately identified the defective parts, located the parts in the store in a minute and reassembled the faucet for me. The price was very reasonable. Note: if you need a faucet repaired, or a part for a faucet, bring the whole faucet in with you.
