The Family Tradesman

Larry is an absolutely lifesaver! He was a huge help and made all the difference in getting me moved into my new apartment in a timely fashion. He worked 6 hours straight assembling furniture for my bedroom. The furniture looks absolutely PERFECT! He was even able to assemble the furniture although it was mislabeled and missing parts. He called back just three hours after I made the initial call, and stuck to his word. He was very punctual in calling me by the time he said he would, and worked until dark. I absolutely recommend The Family Tradesman for any handyman services! And he will be the first person I call if I need any other handyman work done. 

Larry was amazing ? thoughtful, efficient, honest. The work looks great and was done in an efficient way. I"d hire him again tomorrow. Best experience with a craftsman yet.

I had used them once before. They are on time and the price range is pretty reasonable. They are very courteous and clean, and I didn't have a problem.

Larry is very good at customer service. He visited my house multiple times to inspect the window, and was easy to keep in touch with. He was always on time, and did what he said he would do. My neighbors liked him because he remembered to keep the garage door closed while he was working like I asked because we have had thefts when workers leave those doors open.
I hired Larry to fix insufficient flashing in a sliding glass door frame and to replace the window. Larry recommended Marvin windows as he is a licensed Marvin installer. He did not know about the different types of glass available, but one call to the Marvin factory got me in touch with an expert who helped me select the right glass. After that, Larry took care of the rest of the work including a crane rental to get the widow hoisted up to the top floor.
As to price, it was quite expensive, but I do not know enough about what the market rate is for this kind of work so I can't give him a letter grade. 2/3 of the cost was purchase of the Marvin window.
The only thing keeping me back from giving him an A is that he measured the size of the window incorrectly; he ordered it a few inches too large. There is an immovable heating duct above the fenestration, and this forced Larry to cut the frame on the top side to about half the width of the other sides of the frame. It looks too thin, and has begun to bow out from the wall. I see no way to fix this.
Overall, Larry is a hard worker and a good guy. I intend to hire his services again, and I would recommend him as well.
