I called Steubers Mon., 09/24/07, to complain. The owner told me to bring it in & they would refresh it for me. Later, in talking with friends, they said it was most probably my fault for putting iy too high to the ceiling. I called Steubers back the next day. I explained to the ther owner & said to just let it go. However, he insisted that I bring it back. They were so kind & generous when I brought it back 8 days later. They gave me a beautiful fall bouquet (no lilies) , washed out the planter the original arrangement was in & gave me a reduced price on a wall decoration that I purchased. I feel they went way above & beyond in this situation & people should be aware of this. We could use more businesses like Steuber-Mount Greenwood Florist & Greenhouses.
