It went great. I was still confused when I tried to replace the floating ball in the toilet and I went back and he went over all the directions again with me to figure out what I was doing wrong.
I've gotten foam to plug a hole that a mouse used to get into my house. I got keys made (the fancy kind). I got filters for my a/c and they helped me figure out what will be best for my set up.
The best thing is--- they never make me feel like I'm a dunce. They just want to help me figure this stuff out.
