Interior Painting, General Remodeling
Selected Skilled Contracting based on price and recommendation from an acquaintance. We had some painting touchups performed prior to leasing a condo, as well as cosmetic cracks filled and painted.
Good price; average quality. Owner Russ was friendly, but sometimes unresponsive. Usually gave excuse related to being out of town / otherwise engaged with family and friends. Always understandable, but would have appreciated a more professional experience. Contractor (or subcontractor) who performed the actual work was easy to communicate with, but there appeared to be some confusion between him and the overall owner Russ on a few coordination points.
Overall, I would not recommend to use this company for detail work for painting. They are a good "rougher around the edges" option and likely ok if you are not particular about edging, small paint splatter on the hardwood floors, small missed areas on the wall.
