Spot cleaning in our field would bey similar to trying to spot paint your walls,, and you would likely end up with variation between the new and old sections. Our companies cost structure does not allow us to do small projects without losing money so if it is just a light cleaning you are looking for a carpet cleaning company or handyman may be a better fit for your project. It is with great pleasure that I recommend this company as I have written a few bad reviews lately. I had not had the tile and grout cleaned in nearly 20 years. I was doing it myself with a toothbrush and gave up. The wood floors had been cleaned a few years ago but needed to be done again. True to Sir Grouts word, the tile and grout came out like new. They recolored the grout in the sunroom and it was better than new.
I was not particularly happy with the finish on the wood floors, but figured it was just the best it would be. When I explained this to the owner, he immediately suggested a redo. This time the floors came out beautifully. I was surprised how beautiful. Both for quality of work and for unbelievable customer service, use these guys. I am sure I will now do it every other year. Well worth the money--and don't wait until you are selling your house.
"I am very sorry for the issues with the original technician scheduled on your job. This topic was covered at our weekly company meeting after your complaint was brought to my attention. We now have the technicians use sign off forms on all jobs when customers are present to ensure customers get exactly what they want. Before the technicians start working, they conduct initial and final walk throughs, with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction with each projec. They also fill out customer sign off sheets for color and satisfaction of each item. The lead technician on this job is now helping on job sites under our other lead technicians until we determine he is ready to go back on his own again. I am sorry that you were inconvenienced during this break down in our performance. I assure you that you and any other customer will be happy with all of our technicians moving forward."
"Thank you for your review and feedback. Upon reviewing our van tracking software, I do not see the same story as you have written. Job day #1, the van arrived at the customers home at 9:05am for a 8:30-9:30 am arrival window. (all job start time arrival windows are confirmed with a voicemail and email 2-3 days prior to the scheduled job date). The crew did leave for 2 hours at mid-day to pick up extra supplies from our company storage room and then lunch. When the crew returned they were on site until 4:35pm. This does not fall the time line as the customer had outlined. There were a couple of issues with the work which were not caught by the customer in the walk through when the work was originally completed. We scheduled a return visit to correct the issues. The scheduled crew was delayed by an issue at the morning job. let hetr know we were looking for another crew to come to her home but at the time we would need to know if she would be available to have the crew come later in the day. She agreed that her nanny could be home to meet my crew later in the day. I then recevied a call from my other crew that finished their morning job early and was available 30 minutes after the originally scheduled time. I reached back out to the customer but she had changed her schedule so she said she preferred the afternoon time. There was an issue with the bathroom floor which had a subfloor issue. I personally met with the customer to look at the issue. Due to not being able to solve the issue with this floor using two different materials we refunded the entire amount spent on this area although only one of the grout lines is failing. The rest of the work completed was not in question at all during my visit and the customer was just upset about the master bathroom floor. Unfortunately in the repair industry we are often subject to underlying issues from poor construction that a simple repair will not fix. I appologized to the customer and mailed a refund check that afternoon. This review was posted a week later leaving me completely at a loss for words."

Ann Pozol and Eddie came by to give a very complete estimate of the costs after thoroughly evaluating the areas where I wanted them to restore grout and caulk. They gave line by line cost estimates and explained anything I wasn't clear on.
When the man from Sir Grout (I have forgotten his name) came at the scheduled time to perform the work, he was courteous, clean and very professional and his work was very good. My husband and I are both satisfied. There were a few minor items on our list that didn't get done, but we could live with them.
Dan, the owner, contacted me a few weeks after the work had been done to make sure we were satisfied. I told him that overall we were satisfied but when I mentioned that there were a few items we had hoped they would have done that they hadn't, he personally came to the house to make these additional restorations at no extra charge. Dan is about as customer oriented as they get.
Sir Grout has a friendly, knowledgeable and skilled staff. We would use them again.

The technician who was out at your home to complete the project was unaware that he was not available the next day to complete the project and unfortuately did not contact you to let you know of not being able to return. I apologize in the communication break down on our side of this issue and as we discussed, I was happy to refund you for the inconvenience and get this issue settled as quickly as possible as soon as it was brought to my attension. In regards to issues with our sales team. I am one of the three sales people for our company so many customers jobs are quoted and handled by me personally from start to finish and our other sales managers are very customer service oriented and constantly in communication with me to resolve any issues as they arrise in the field. Ann had been forwarded the lines due to a drop off in our phone coverage on a Sunday and was caught off guard by the call. Due to the late development of this issue on a weekend while I was out of contact and Ann was booked solid with estimates our communication tree failed. I took the blame and resolved all issues for the customer even paying for their overpriced plumber ($400 to unclog one drain) since they refused to use our recommended plumber, even though we were paying the bill, and they still chose to post a negative review."
This is an absolutely great company. Dan Lundstedt, who I understand to be the owner of this small business, was outstanding in every way. He came to our home promptly after I called for a quote to give us an estimate, fully explained all of our options, and answered all of our questions. The quoted price was very reasonable, eliminating the need for us to shop around for other estimates. He knows all there is to know about grout and grout work. (Who would have thought there is so much to consider?)
The service person showed up right on time to do the job, and Dan personally stopped by to inspect the work. The work was done professionally, quickly and well.
After the work was done, we concluded that we should have ordered the color seal option as Dan had originally suggested (but we declined). We called Dan and, in a matter of days, he personally came by to do the work. Best of all, he only charged us the same price he originally had quoted for this optional work, even though he now had to make an additional trip. He did this specifically because he is completely client-satisfaction focused.
Overall, this was a great experience from a small company that places customer service above all else. I recommend them highly.
