I'm servicing our Chicagoland residential customers since 1999. My company is an independent, professional cleaning service. Always on time, flexible to your work schedule. Family owned and operated business. I'm Reliable and Honest. My goal is to accomplish apartment or home cleaning service the best I can, to make sure that all my clients will recommend me to friends, family and co-workers and back-up me with best referrals ever. We are cleaning with owner-provided cleaning supplies or upon request we are providing them. We are open to use " green" cleaning supplies. They have done an incredible job with my home. I have used many different services to clean my home in the past 10 years and I have not been as pleased with anyone like I have with them. I recently put my home on the market so I need it to be extra clean and sparkling for showings and they have allowed me to show my home in the best possible light. Also, the repairs that they have done for me, specifically the caulking of the master bathroom shower, was amazing. When they were finished my shower base looked brand new. They are also proactive in providing suggestions on cleaning products & tips which I find both refreshing and helpful. And unlike other people/services I have used in the past, they take great pride.

Overall from start to finish, she has been excellent. Her overall cleaning service covers all of the basic items you would like as well as she offers additional cleaning depending on your needs. Her schedudule is flexible with mine and it has worked out great. I would highly refer her to anyone that asked.

I have been using Agnieszka's cleaning team every single week since 2002. My wife Debbie is very pleased and treats Agnes' team as family. When we moved from our Lincoln Park apartment to our condo near the Loop, she moved with us. She is always professional, on time, and she never charges extra for refrigerator or blinds cleaning, laundry, closet shelving so after they leave, our apartment is sparkling clean. I reccomended Agnes to my sister Adina, and my boss Nathan a few years ago and since then they loved her! I reccomend her to everyone and friends call me thanking me that I reccomended Sincerely the Maids to them. My sister-in-law was using Agnes for her move out cleaning from an apartment, and she received her deposit back from the landlord with no problem whatsoever. Also my guests are always thrilled at how our condo is always so perfectly clean. I used other cleaning services previously since I hired her, and she is far better than all the others combined.
